The room is well-equipped; you can cook and do laundry, plus there's a balcony. I'd definitely stay here again.

Booked this Airbnb for my birthday with friends, mainly because we wanted to cook, watch movies, and play games. The environment is super nice, and the location is great. The facilities are comprehensive and high-quality, perfect for photos. We'll definitely come again! 💕🩷

There were four of us staying, and the room was spacious. With two beds, it wasn't at all cramped for four girls. The room's location was great, very close to Insland (or Ins Park/Amusement Park, depending on context) and it was easy and quick to get back by taxi. This is my second time booking this guesthouse, and the experience was fantastic.

When in Shanghai, I like the French Concession the best. For staying in that part of town, Guisu Homestay is the thing; easy access, comfortable living, and helpful people online. Certainly five stars on everything! I add some pictures of the charming surroundings. Indrek Aunver (Estonia)

The location is fantastic! Right downstairs, there's a whole street full of delicious food. It was such a great stay here. The room was clean, and the amenities were good. I stayed on the 14th floor, and the view was absolutely amazing. Plus, there was a projector, which was a nice touch. Overall, a really good experience!

The room was simple and bright, and watching shows on the big screen was a blast. The surrounding area has convenient public transport, with direct buses to popular spots like Chenghuang Temple, Xintiandi, and Wukang Road. A stroll down South Shaanxi Road is also quite pleasant. If they could improve the cleanliness details, it would be even more comfortable.

The room was a bit smaller than I expected, but it was very clean. My favorite part was the small patio and the checkered gate at the entrance, which gave it a lovely old Shanghai charm. The service was thoughtful; on the day I checked out, the cleaning lady arrived early but waited outside without disturbing me until I left. I only noticed her as I was heading out, and she was very patient.

This was an absolutely fantastic stay! We made a last-minute decision to switch to this hotel from another one in Shanghai. Honestly, we didn't have high expectations, given Shanghai's prices, especially with the ***** New Year surge. **Facilities:** Clean and hygienic, with all the necessary disposables. **Environment:** It's located in a residential area, so it's quiet and peaceful 😌. Step outside and you're on a beautiful Shanghai street, which looks especially lovely at dusk – very 'chill' vibes. **Service:** The highlight was definitely the exceptional service. I caught a cold while in Shanghai, and after contacting the host, they immediately brought over so many things without a word! I'm so grateful 🙏. We were a party of three, and the previous hotel only ever provided two bottles of water... I still don't understand why. I feel this is the best guesthouse we've stayed at for the price, traveling all the way from Shenzhen to Hangzhou to Shanghai.

Good location, close to the city center. Clean, cosy, has everything you need. Highly recommend.
