really nice.

This is my second time staying in Atour Hotel Shanghai West Yingao Road. The overall environment is good and the staff are friendly. This is the reason why I choose to come back to this hotel.

Excellent room and board service along with stellar breakfast. Room was spotless and housekeeping was professional and courteous. Excellent value for the price point, would highly recommend for future trips. Local bus stop was also nearby for transportation; ease of transport is a must for Shanghai. Stellar hotel with a medium sized gym and excellent hotel staff.

Clean, friendly front desk,new facilities,quality Chinese breakfast, but western part is so so. High volume shower head, but there is a trick for drainage, you need ask for pull out the plugs or it’ll flood over. Front desk try to teach customer to pull out, which is not trained properly. Otherwise everything is fine.

Very comfortable stay, friendly and very helpful staff.

If you prioritize cleanliness, a peaceful atmosphere, and a satisfying breakfast during your stay, this hotel might be worth considering, even though the location is not its strong suit. I must also mention that the front desk staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Their warm and welcoming attitude made a significant positive impact on my stay, and I greatly appreciated their assistance throughout. Their excellent customer service is a definite highlight of this hotel.

前台服務很好，尤其要點贊洋泡泡和笑夏，服務水平超一流，房間乾淨衞生無異味，隔音也是棒棒的，房間電視屏幕很大，投屏so easy ，早餐也很豐富，還有免費的停車場，退房還送了兩瓶水，暖暖的很貼心。

新酒店，設備很好，裏面從吹風機、盥洗設備都很高級，熱水給水量、暖氣等都很充足。這次住房體驗很好。下次有機會會繼續訂亞朵。

走到十字路口沒找到酒店，給酒店前台打電話，一位男工作人員詢問了位置後，出來接的，並幫着推行李！辦理入住時詢問了對房間的需求，發放了洗漱用品！工作人員都麪露笑容，彬彬有禮，很親切；安排的房間比較安靜，房間打掃的很乾凈。贈送的早餐，品種豐富，特喜歡熬的銀耳湯和現包煮的小餛飩，餐廳乾淨明亮，窗外有綠植很養眼！酒店大堂有機器人，會幫送外賣上樓！酒店門口有公交，到地鐵站走路大約10分鐘吧，酒店馬路對面有商店和吃喝，很方便！是一家值得入住的酒店，很舒適！

每次到五角場都住這家亞朵，服務熱情，環境优靜，衛生干凈，早餐也很好，方方面面都很好⋯非常好⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯

還不錯 挺方便，性價比高 下次還來。離地鐵很近，就是打車不是特別好找，有幾次司機都開錯路線，服務人員態度都很好 有熱飲提供

非常滿意 房間也很大 衞生做的也乾淨 服務態度很好
