Ulasan Ibis Budget Newport

Hotel is located very close to motorway junction. Easier for travellers for a nights stay. The hotel also have enough car parking space. Unfortunately the room I stayed had a very bad odour. The shower and toilet were also cramped but I dint mind as I was staying only for a night. Not ideal if you are staying for couple of days and planning to spend most of the day in the room.

The staff have to be the best of the best. From checking in to checking out and everything in between. The staff were friendly professional and willing to go extra mile. Nothing is too much trouble and bonus is this IBIS unlike other budget IBIS has a kettle in the room. It’s the small touches that make the difference.

It is a budget hotel, so that would obviously be limiting a few things. The heating was broken, but they very kindly gave me a heater. It could’ve been a bit cleaner, a bit fresher, but it was comfortable warm and quiet and now my three main basic requirements. The software, particularly friendly and helpful.

Located right next to motorway. Not enough parking on site. Very basic, rundown and unclean. The room smelled of drains and the bedding smelled of smoke. The layout of the small rooms is terrible.

The staff are lovely well manners and always try to make youre stay more enjoyable the room,s are clean and well kept the atmosphere there was total zen/peaceful also tryed there pizza,s wow 100% better than any takeaway pizzas ive had 😛 apart from that we had a lovely week down there thankyou to all the staff i met and had the pleasure of ralking to. ✌️😇👍 hope to see you in the furure x

For a budget hotel it contained everything we needed for one night. The only negative was the toilet was very low with no handle on the wall to pull myself up. As I am disabled I found this a bit tricky. The staff were all lovely, very friendly and capable

Amazing staff, helped me after my own blunder, dont expect the ritz but great value for money

Stayed for one night, everything went fine. Hotel was clean and tidy, staf were very friendly. Room was ideal, modern and fresh looking. Plenty of free parking. Area round the hotel is not the best, lots of rubbish about and streets not the cleanest.

It was a lovely stay but the dust in the room was awful all over the floor

Basic but very clean. Friendly staff on arrival. Comfortable beds. Only gripe was there is only one pillow and no sockets near the mirror especially when using a hairdryer. Other than that we enjoyed our weekend.
