Good room, spacious, lots of amenities, clean and definitely legit. The breakfast options were plentiful and the location was situated near the train station. Definitely recommend this place.

To be honest, the room is excellent. When you enter the room, you can see that it is clean and tidy. It is very comfortable and warm to stay in. I strongly recommend this hotel, and the service provided by Sana is good.

the hotel is located around the innovation centre and it's good for business trip but not good for leisure holiday as the traffic is not so convenient. the interior is elegant but a little bit simple. the breakfast provides many choices but the items are not worth such pricing.

The hotel smell with cigarettes. We had to stay at the room full of the cigarette smell for the night coz we arrived late and couldn’t be bothered to change room. It was great they changed the room straight away but then I smell the cigarette again at the corridor. It’s a non smoking hotel but guests are still allowed to smoke in the room. The laundry was disgusting, I can’t wash the clothes coz the washing machine was full of detergent and dryer wasn’t working. The room was big though and location was good Will not stay here again.

This hotel accept foreigners definitely no issues with check in and check out. The location of hotel is great but still need travel 30min to 60min to the place that I visit like zhujiajiao yu yuan and maybe closer one is the bund. Front counter staff are approachable. For order car services they usually won't provide. They don't know exact step for order didi for foreigner. Quite troublesome for them. U better own a local sim card. Their shower and body shampoo are excellent and the water pressure are good and supere.toilet and toiletry provided an very clean. The toilet don't have proper privacy for family or friends as the glassdoor are transparent and visible see u shower or doing bisnuss. Iron board and iron provided I regret never bring along my hair dryer.but they do provide. Breakfast are okay but the soya bean curb made me don't dare to eat bean curb anymore.

酒店房間富設計感，配色很好看，床也好睡～ 感謝前台小哥哥送的早餐～☺️ 但美中不足的是：雖然洗手間和淋浴間是乾濕分離，但全是以透明的有色玻璃區隔開🫣 連門也是玻璃的⋯（忘了拍照🌝） 對於帶着長輩或小朋友的家庭來說，少不免會有點尷尬😳 因為其中一個人洗澡的時候其他人都用不了馬桶，還不能經過浴室門口⋯😂 強烈建議酒店可以拿磨砂貼紙再佈置一下浴室，增加隱私度😂😂😂

酒店前台挺好的，入住體驗比較好。 酒店整體與房間設計比較奇怪，不太適合我，比如照明少，房間一些佈局等。大堂很小，最開始以為這裏不是酒店。隔音不好，尤其房間門。房間一些細節也可改進，如電視頻道標簽錯位，浴鹽標簽貼反等等。房間迷你吧東西很少。餐廳總體還行。提供的夜宵還可以，可加分。酒店離五角場商圈有點距離，位置一般。 房間一些永久性設施看得出下了功夫，而且有綠植。洗浴和睡眠方面都很好，滿意！
