Ulasan Fairfield by Marriott Shanghai Jing'an

Room smells like cigarettes. Changed to another room still the same issue. Floor is sticky and toilet has a weird smell. Shocking for a Marriott franchise. Very disappointed.

Room was clean. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast spread was adequate. Metro was a 8-10 minute walk from the Hotel. 10-12 minute walk to Daning mall where you can find a big supermarket and many restaurants.

Very comfortable room and bed, and it’s very well located near to expressway, MacDonalds, 7-11 and local eateries. Local eateries open till late as well. Shower is amazing and the cleaners are very nice too. There’s no concrete door/ wall to separate the bathroom and sleeping area though, even though there’s a sliding door (and it’s still not fully closed up). The receptionists could be more friendly/ helpful since it’s a Bonvoy hotel.

We really had a great stay, the breakfast was average but very enjoyable. The hotel room was smaller than expected even though I booked a business queen room, but our overall experience was very good. The bathroom is in a very awkward position, but the room is clean and neat, will definitely book again.

not the most convenient location via metro, but great by car. Did not allow deliveries to room, had to do down to pick up.

We booked a family room, here's our comments: -We disliked the bathroom partitioning (the sliding door), I think the straightforward normal bathroom is better (with the door and enclosed) -It's clean and warm, overall feels comfort for sleeping and staying -Good breakfast except steamed food can be better, and the cold drinking water is preferred (they mostly have hot drinking water) -Location is a bit far from metro station (for older people of course), but it is still manageable and ok for all-age travelers -We got good services from hotel staffs overall, appreciated -Surrounding is ok, looks safe and not noisy -Not too high price (but not too cheap) Overall 4-4.5/5, recommended, good stay

Customer service very polite and nice 😍 helpful .  Especially cold day , provide coffee machine at lobby We can enjoy coffee anytime

Good hotel with nice staff. Room is clean and breakfast is excellent. It would be better to add a door to the toilet .

Great location with 24-hour small eateries and convenience stores nearby. Room service and cleaning was amazing. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was wonderful with both Western and Asian options. Will definitely stay here again when I'm back in Shanghai!

This was the second time we stayed im this hotel. We got a free upgrade and it was lovely.

the place is nice and clean. Space was a bit limited. what is concerning is it stated jingan but borderline jingan so its far from city center. And how come you have to pay 1rmb for toothbrush

Got no free laundry, however the room is big. The design of the bathroom and room area is awkward though, not too far from yanchang station. Breakfast was good

Nice rooms, clean and comfortable. Close to the metro station. Breakfast is okay not worth paying for..
