I stayed here for one night after a long trip from the US. They’re located right next to the airport and train station so it was perfect. The staff is incredibly polite and proactive with their service. They helped me up with my suitcases and the room was spacious and sooo comfortable. Yolanda and Chen were so great during the check out and she even gifted me a desk fan because she noticed I was hot. I would totally stay again!

Review: Fliport Garden Hotel, Shanghai Hongqiao Airport My recent stay at the Fliport Garden Hotel near Shanghai Hongqiao Airport was less than satisfactory. The hotel’s location was somewhat challenging to find, especially after arriving late due to my flight being delayed three times. This added to my initial frustration. The lobby area is quite simple but accessible. One of the major positives is its proximity to Terminal 1 and the train station, which is very convenient for travelers. However, my experience was marred by significant issues with the internet connection. For a hotel that claims to be 4-star, the internet setup was a major letdown. It took me over 40 minutes to get it working, which is unacceptable, especially given the price of the stay. Such issues should be resolved in a matter of seconds. The breakfast was average but reasonably priced at 68 CNY. It didn’t particularly stand out but was decent enough to start the day. Overall, I would rate my stay a 3 out of 10, mainly due to the frustrating internet issues and the difficulty in locating the hotel. For the price, I expected a much smoother experience. The hotel location is fantastic to Hongqiao Aiport T1 but it's a 20 mins drive to T2. So be aware if you are not flying in/out of T1. The room is smaller than the photos but it's okay. They do have buffet at the hotel which is great and convenient when you are hungry as the location is far from everything.

Wanted to stay last night near the airport that we will be departing from. A simple and clean hotel which is near hongqiao tian Di and qibao old street via didi service. Hotel also provide transfer service to the airport which is great

The hotel is very comfortable and cozy near the airport and station. In cold weather, the rooms are a little freeze. But the staff gave the heater. Breakfast with a separate payment. There is a very nice kitchen.

Easy walking from Terminal 1. Fliport has free shuttle to, but not from, the two Honqiao terminals. Clean. breakfast is good. Beautiful garden with swings. Quiet.

This is a very convenient hotel if you are catching hi-speed train or flying from Hongqiao airport. The service is good, the rooms are clean and convenient and there is no noise so you can have a sound sleep . I would recommend them

A very pleasant surprise! We really liked it! We didn't expect to have such a good and REALLY clean room! Although it is "next door" to Hongqiao airport, it is actually very quiet (we were on the 'garden' side). The service is good, the personnel are respectful to their guests; again, it is very pleasant. The hotel is also located one metro station away from Shanghai Zoo, so we used the opportunity to be so close to spend the WHOLE DAY at the zoo, we enjoyed the zoo in its entirety; taking our time to visit it since we knew, just a few minutes away, we were going to be able to have a good rest at the hotel, in our comfortable room. The garden is a bit small but ok, when the weather is good, it is relaxing ... but the mosquitos quickly destroyed the mood though... The food/buffet is ok, there are a lot of choices, but too oily for some dishes. The overall layout and interior design are good as well, the old Shanghai style, antique items and old pictures are really nice! A good stay!

The hotel may be near via walking... however, when it rains or if you have heavy luggage, there is no hotel shuttle service to the airport. And the location is too near for a taxi to pick up.

We booked the airport shuttle service but it was 15 mins late.

10 minute walk to Terminal 1, which is the reason I booked the hotel. Everything seemed nice, bed was comfortable enough, shower was nice, seemed clean. Good one night stay.

Great service and close to the airport. I changed rooms because the air conditioning wasn’t working. Apparently they don’t turn on the cooling until summer so they offered a fan.

Fliport Garden Hotel is located within 10 min walking distance from the nearest metro station and within 15 min drive to Hongqiao Airport T2. Excellent service by the front desk staff and comfortable room size.
