Very simple; small room. Was clean, but nothing else in the hotel. Just for sleeping, period

It's very close to Mercedes-Benz, only one subway stop away! It's also only a few minutes away by bike. Very convenient!

It was absolutely awful. This is how it was, given the hygiene issues the guests found problematic. After they left and moved to another place, the cleaning staff still badmouthed them and twisted the truth behind their backs.

The sound insulation is very poor, the environment is comfortable, the facilities are complete, and the surrounding life is convenient.

The hotel is a bit far from the subway stop, but it's a short walk from the bus. The hotel I booked for a concert is a bit far from the Mercedes-Benz, but it's still a 20-minute walk away. The front desk was very welcoming and offered to extend my room for free. The room was also very clean and well-equipped. The fan was powerful, and the air conditioning was excellent (even at 27 degrees Celsius, it still felt chilly). Overall, it was a very good hotel and I'd definitely consider booking here again next time I'm in Shanghai!
