Ulasan negatif pertama dalam beberapa tahun! Kerana bilik yang ditempah tidak lagi tersedia! ! Bilik berkembar yang telah ditempah penuh diberitahu apabila ibu saya dan rakannya tiba di hotel pada kira-kira jam 11 malam bahawa tiada bilik berkembar yang tersedia dan hanya bilik raja yang tersedia! Dua wanita tua itu tidak bersetuju kerana tidak baik untuk saya tidur di atas katil yang sama Setelah lama berunding dengan pengurus lobi, mereka akhirnya meletakkan katil tambahan di dalam bilik itu sehingga mereka boleh jangan tidur lena sepanjang malam!

Exceptional Service and Perfect Location My stay at Shanghai Marriott Marquis City Centre was fantastic! The service was top-notch—despite receiving multiple Taobao parcels daily, the staff were incredibly patient, always helping to locate them and even delivering them directly to my room. As the Executive Lounge was under renovation, they thoughtfully provided complimentary bento boxes sent to our room, which was a lovely touch. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, featuring two double beds that easily accommodated four people. The location couldn't be more convenient. With McDonald’s and Luckin Coffee right next door and the bustling Nanjing Road just a 5-minute walk away, everything I needed was within easy reach. Highly recommend this hotel for its impeccable service, thoughtful gestures, and unbeatable location.

Clean room with great city view. Very convenient location. Kids are happy to play in the bathtub. I was served by Tristan who is a very warm and helpful receptionist.

Very close to shoppng malls like 新世界城 (lots of food options) No 1 shopping mall Walking distance to 南京路步行街! Amazed Their gym is very very complete! Staffs are very nice, helping me with my didi booking, always offer to open the car door for me And insist on helping me with the luggage,

The hotel is considerably in a good location and provide an overall Marriott 5 star standards. We had a pleasant stay. The staff is friendly and very supportive. The root. Is clean, a bit tight but all meet requirements.

Clean classic room. The lights are not smart function and a bit quite hot. But overall great experience and the breakfast buffet is amazing too

Hotel service is good. Room is big and clean. location is brilliant across Nanjing shopping belt and the metro is just a short walk away. There’s a Macdonalds beside the hotel and KFC/ 7-11 across the street. We totally enjoyed our stay with Marriott.

Went to Shanghai for short weekend holiday, really satisfied with this hotel. Service is very good and helpful, the room is very clean, also the location is really strategic (5 mins walk to Nanjing lu). Definitely will come back to stay here 😄

The school held an event at Marriott, so we chose to stay here for one night. Although the hotel has been open for many years, the furnishings are very new, and the hotel service is nice. Overall, it is a good stay experience!
