Check in time stated as 2pm. I reached the hotel around 3pm, got informed that the room wasn't ready due to the previous customer (their member with platinum level) , who has the right to check out late. Despite the hotel was fully booked that day. I was asked to wait another hour (4pm) before I can get to check into the room. This hotel policy just doesn't make sense. Apart from this awful experience. The hotel is at a good location (less than 5mins walk to the guloudajie subway), room was comfortable, clean and equipped with the AI voice/smart control. A supermarket nearby and few eatery places (include MCD) too. Great customer service especially the staff (male) who assisted my booking on 10 Nov 2024 3pm (forgot to get his name) . He has an excellent attitude, attentive to the issue and provided a reasonable compensation (room upgrade & 2hrs delayed check out) . I understand that he might have no control to change the hotel policy, but truly appreciate that he did not just brush it off and offered a better solution. There was no remarks made for my late check out time tho, even I have confirmed via wechat the day before. I received a call around 11:45pm from a female staff who asked if I am going to check out soon. I was asking isn't my check out time is extended to 2pm, her response was not pleasent, until I told her that I had confirmed via wechat yesterday. Then she apologised and said will made a remarks.

Perfect location, just 3 mins walk from subway station, whole of hotel have typical Beijing style decorations, and whole area is really quiet, had really good rest. All staffs are really friendly, gave us so many recommendations for food around hotel. The free breakfast had a lot of choices, and taste really good, definitely will back again

Lu Dan and Zheng Han are very welcoming and accommodating. It’s my first time to Beijing with my mum and we had such a great time thanks to Manxin hotel and its hospitable staff. Lu Dan provided us a free upgrade which gave us a happy and comfortable Stay in Beijing during winter. She also helped me a lot with ordering on Meituan as I forgot to bring my essential products. The amenities, facilities and supplies are all new and inventive. Thank you for giving us a good time.

The hotel is beautiful and in a very central location. Room was spacious and clean. We already stayed here before and I remember there were more western options at breakfast previously, but overall is a good breakfast spread.

i book a total of 3 rooms with this hotel but out of 3, 2 has issues. 2 rooms were located at level 4 but one of it was hot as the aircon was not working. when checking with the front office they said its centralized aircon hence they couldnt do anything, this didnt explain why both rooms were at level 4 one has ac and the other one does not. To resolve the issue, the front office said they will provide a portable ac for the room (This was in the morning). However, upon my return at night, they mentioned that all portable ac were being loan out hence they have none left. This was frustrating as i requested way in the morning and the room was damn stuffy with no air circulation. My third room experienced rattling sound through out the night and have requested to change a room, however, to no avail. We went out for the day to return to our third room with another couple in the room and all of our things were missing. Apparently, they have changed the third room without informing us.

Ive booked for two rooms, but one of the room aircond is not cold and have to changed to a smaller room. Front office service, request us to go reception to check how to rectify the issue, instead of they automatically inform to change room and we have to carry the luggage ourself. Beside that, everything is ok. Thanks

Amazing hotel with very good service. Room is furnished nicely, with smart service that works with voice control. The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful. Able to help out with booking or any questions with Beijing. Super convenient, a 3 minute walk to the nearest metro station. Will book again!

We had a very good stay in this hotel, the staff is nice and helpful, the location is amazing right in a typical hutong. The hotel itself is very beautifully decorated and the rooms are nice and clean. We did not try the breakfast.

The Hotel location is convenient located near a subway station and in walking distance to Houhai district sightseeing attractions. The hotel itself is beautiful with well equipped rooms. The service was not too great. They did not speak a word of English. When I asked for a second set of beddings I had to come down to the lobby twice because the staff did not bring them. Also they knocked the door of our room to bring water at 9:45 pm waking up our children that were already sleeping. The breakfast was good and we recommend going.
