Hotel is beautiful, with good breakfast, but needs a little upgrading, for e.g. include more plugs for charging

Big rooms, bed comfy , the staff were all very nice ! Toilet was modern. Room decoration was quite unique,but overall the room was spacious and bed was comfy. There are many restaurants that's was connected behind the hotel. Which I felt very convenient. Buffet breakfast was good ! Would definitely try to stay again !

I need to catch up super early morning flight so I choose this hotel where close to airport, just 15mins drive and I can rest the most of the time. Bed is so comfortable, good to stay.

We had a pleasant stay at the Grand Chancellor in Launceston. The room was comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the environment was welcoming. Its central location is convenient, making it great for families.

I was staying at The Grand Chancellor about 10 years ago. It brought back a lot of good memories this time around. The hotel facilities are good and located closely to the CBD. Room is spacious with option for 2 double beds. Highly recommend for family travellers as the spare bed comes very handy!

Situated at a beautiful central location with easy access to many of the city's historic buildings, restaurants, and information centre. Room and bedding were comfortable. Very prompt and courteous customer service Potential safety hazard for kids with very hot water supply in the showers. Continental buffet breakfast was good, and the kitchen as well as staff kept pace with the service. Has secure paid parking onsite.

Strategic location in Tasmania Launceston city area, walking distance to visitors centre, city park, Riverbend Park and nearby attractions. Breakfast and dinner are great. Hotel parking is convenient with AUD$10 rate upon checkout.

Everything costs - even the water bottles in the room are charged. Outside looks grand. Inside the room is basic.

Location was great. Staff were exceptional, one of them moved their car so that I could park it there. Buffet breakfast was a plus point.

The body lotion has not been refilled when house keeping made up room.

Make sure you have a physical card , because they will charge much more for tap! communication between staff is poor. Location is good and TV setup is good with accessing Netflix and Disney Issues with check in and out and staff

Clean room. Great location with parking fee of $10 per night only. Good breakfast.

Booked this hotel cos most of the day trip pickup point. Rooms were dated, time to upgrade.
