Salah satu daripada empat raja hotel mewah di Shanghai pada tahun 1990-an. Tiga puluh tahun kemudian, walaupun peralatannya tidak setanding dengan hotel baru, asasnya masih ada, dan kawasan itu diselenggara dengan baik, dan saiznya boleh diterima. Kelemahan terbesar ialah bilik. Ketinggian lantai terlalu rendah. Perkara yang paling penting ialah restoran berputar di tingkat atas adalah tempat Deng Gong membuat keputusan untuk membuka dan membuka Pudong. Ketebalan bersejarah ini tidak dapat dibandingkan dengan hotel baharu.

Overall, it was a great hotel with fantastic service. On arrival, it was an easy check in and we felt very welcomed. The room was clean and fitted out needs. The only down side was when we were swimming in the pool, the life guard spat in it. That wasn’t ok and caused us to leave the pool because we felt uncomfortable.

I"ve told the Hotel that their staff should clean the tables after the hotel guests have finished their breakfasts at the restaurant. I think the Hotel should know better than me in the hygiene practice !

Quite good hotel but once more than 10 guest arrive the workflow is too slow for check in. Also the service mind is less than I expected. I had meeting and asked to bring my luggage to my room. No. They prefer keep it in luggage storage room.. Anyway price / Service / sour rounding all together it was worth to stay here.

Very dirty windows. The curtains look old. Good thing the window can be opened, room bad smell. View from the window to the construction site. Location is good. Near the subway. One small shampoo for three people. Unfortunately I will not choose this hotel again. The hotel does not look like 5*.

I booked the hotel to spend the New Year’s Eve. We arrived there at 12:00 am to make check in because it’s normal in China to make early check in. The reception attendant said that the room was not ready, we needed to wait until 14:00. Ok, we came back at 14:10. Waited in a long line to make check in. In the end the receptionist said that the room was still not ready, asked us to wait more 30 minutes. At 15:00 we were able to enter the room. Seems like the reason for this problem was over booking, but the hotel is a 5 star hotel, I expected a better treatment. They didn’t offer anything to apologize. Apart of it, the room is good, nice view.

the hotel is so so. Staff is Little bit slow. Also in rain not suitable because many people were falling down on floor due to slippery floor

Nice and clean hotel with unique atmosphere of the 1990-ies and excellent location. Rooms are in good condition, big windows giving a lot of light and space. The sleeping conditions are just excellent with top quality matress. The service is very friendly and responsible. There are only some points down about the breakfast, and the top floor restaurant with stunning view on Shanghai is rather dull as well

Room was nice and the restaurant was a cool experience. The gym was well equipped and quiet and the pool was nice to relax beside.

Location is good. MRT entrance nearby. Nearby also has convenient shops and local eateries.

The view was amazing and the swimming pool was very great! The room is very old style, we found hairs on the bathtub, and the bathroom was not very clean..

We stay here frequently, great place to stay in the city! Highly recommend!
