I always stay in Sheraton Grand Shanghai Pudong hotel when I come back to China. This time I experienced super nice services since the check-in process. When I arrived the hotel, Mr Kiven Tang arranged a room at the 36th foor with an amazing view of the skyline of Lujiazui, of course I took some pictures from the window of the room. Additionally, he also helped me to postpone the checkout time to 3pm which perfectly matches my next trip by the high-speed train. I would like to thank him and the team of the Sheradon hotel, and highly recommend a stay in this hotel when you visit Shanghai.

It's convenient as it's just above the subway. Staffs are helpful and the buffet breakfast is good However, aircond is bad and uncontrollable Toilet ventilation is Bad and big poo smell from the toilet with aircond off after going out.

Good room but need some maintenance on shower and bath tub. Breakfast needs better quality of food.

Hotel staff are very friendly in general, however the room was assigned away from the elevator which was not friendly for female solo traveler. Plus there were some unpleasant smell in the corridor due to recent renovation. Food quality and service were great in the Chinese restaurant in 1F, it would be nice to have more healthy menu choice for female guests. Look forward to explore more for the next trip. Thanks.

Nice the room and the view are very nice and convenience store just 10 minutes in walking distance But my passport splited to two anyway I didnt know it was from the check in desk or the boy sending me the passport Probably I was at late night? Sorry no next time may be

The hotel gave me a free room upgrade what I greatly appreciated. The room was clean and spacious and personal friendly. The breakfast was good as well although other hotels of this class have more choices. The hotel is located besides a subway station of line 4 which makes travel easy

The hotel rooms were spacious and clean The breakfast was not great but okay. It was not what you would be expect at such an established hotel. I recommend it

Staying here was pretty good, nothing special. I only chose to stay here due to the Reggio Emilia Conference. I loved the breakfast. For me that was the best feature of my stay. My room was adequate, always clean and comfortable. The bed was.comfortable, too. I only have two complaints. The bathtub didn't keep the water in and the heater's him was too loud. I couldn't sleep properly so I was left feeling tired after waking up. Other than that, the hotel was fine. It was a great location for the conference, though.

One of the worst 5 star hotels I have ever stayed in. Great location but nothing else was good. The front desk staff was very unwelcoming and unfriendly especially that Rachel Liu who would need a lot more training! All other staff need more training too! I will NOT recommend this hotel to any of my friends and associates.

Due to my father home is around this hotel, so that is my first choice and that is close to the subway as well.
