Ulasan Sheraton Grand Shanghai Pudong Hotel

The hotel gave me a free room upgrade what I greatly appreciated. The room was clean and spacious and personal friendly. The breakfast was good as well although other hotels of this class have more choices. The hotel is located besides a subway station of line 4 which makes travel easy

The hotel rooms were spacious and clean The breakfast was not great but okay. It was not what you would be expect at such an established hotel. I recommend it

Staying here was pretty good, nothing special. I only chose to stay here due to the Reggio Emilia Conference. I loved the breakfast. For me that was the best feature of my stay. My room was adequate, always clean and comfortable. The bed was.comfortable, too. I only have two complaints. The bathtub didn't keep the water in and the heater's him was too loud. I couldn't sleep properly so I was left feeling tired after waking up. Other than that, the hotel was fine. It was a great location for the conference, though.

Room is a bit old but very well maintained. Will surely come back again during my next trip.

One of the worst 5 star hotels I have ever stayed in. Great location but nothing else was good. The front desk staff was very unwelcoming and unfriendly especially that Rachel Liu who would need a lot more training! All other staff need more training too! I will NOT recommend this hotel to any of my friends and associates.

Due to my father home is around this hotel, so that is my first choice and that is close to the subway as well.

Yilia on the front desk was a great help. Very satisfied during our stay. Finally a relaxing day after quite long time in Shanghai.

- Location is amazing just above the metro station. - - - English speaking staff is easy to find - Our room has good view to the huangpu river with the bridge and some of the bund from distance - Faucet at the bathroom sink somehow the pressure is too hard resulting water splashing all around

Super comfy and clean hotel. The subway station is just in front of the hotel. The Bund and other famous places are around 25 min by subway from there. The prices of the restaurant are also cheap

An unassuming but disappointing hotel considering it is. Sheraton brand. Service is extremely poor. Restaurant is terrible! Give it a miss!

The hotel is generally beautiful 😁 The rooms are clean and spacious. The technology is a bit old but all functional. The service is absolutely incredible with English speaking stuff all across the hotel
