Paramount Gallery Hotel

The location and service at this hotel are 10/10. At all times when I need to go to Shanghai I prefer to choose to stay at this hotel. The cleanliness is good, the furniture is good and the service is very good. In my last days at the hotel I received incredible support, especially from Rreky Yin (Permanent Restaurant Staff) and Shirlei Ma (also from the Restaurant). I was feeling very good on my last stay at the hotel. I've been there more than four times. One point to continuous improvement: The smell in my bedroom was not very well, but it's not a problem or big issue, but if possible improve, i think change this will be a amazing improvement.

We had such a great experience at the hotel, especially thanks to Shirley Ma at the restaurant. Every morning, she took amazing care of our large group during breakfast. She was so helpful, lively, and friendly—always chatting with us, giving great recommendations, and making sure we felt welcome. Breakfast quickly became one of the highlights of our stay because of her! The hotel itself was also fantastic—super convenient, affordable, and in a great location. All the staff were really helpful, and everything ran smoothly. We’ll definitely be back and would happily recommend it to anyone!

The rooms which were assigned early have strong smoking smell. Luckily is the receptionist allowed to change the rooms but it still have smell (not smoking smell but something like painting and furniture smell). I gave low mark for the cleanliness is because the smoking smell.
