Excellent service. The room was clean, tidy, comfortable, spacious, and bright. Very convenient for getting around with easy access to transportation. The service was absolutely superb.

I had a good stay and I have been here before. Friendly staff. Good location close to the Hongqiao Hub. A bit far by foot from a subway station. The room was clean, had been renovated not longago, it seems. No window to the outside, which was no problem for me, and the conveniently low price reflects this. I would choose the hotel again.

I checked in late at night, and the front desk staff were very welcoming and processed my check-in quickly. The room had some noise due to flights taking off and landing, but earplugs were provided. Overall, the room environment was good, and other facilities were convenient to use. Breakfast was a buffet with a good variety of Chinese and Western options.

The service truly stood out – the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond by letting me check in early after a long, exhausting flight. That small gesture made a world of difference and set the tone for a relaxing stay. The amenities were also solid, with a reliable workspace and good Wi-Fi, perfect for getting work done. The only downside was the location. While it's very convenient for the airport (a quick ride away), it's quite far from the metro, which makes exploring the city a bit inconvenient. It's ideal if you have an early flight or a meeting nearby, but less so if you plan on relying on public transport. Definitely a solid choice for business travelers needing a comfortable, no-fuss stay near the airport.

The room isn't big, but it's pretty clean. However, the soundproofing isn't great at night; you can hear noises from other rooms.

The lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful and enthusiastic. She patiently answered all my questions with a wonderful attitude, not showing any impatience at all.

Close to Hongqiao airport and Qibao old town. Nice and helpful staff, very clean hotel. Good service.

Good but a bit far away from the metro station so it's will be more convinient if it's closer to the metro station
