A cama estava desarrumada, tipo usada, lençóis e cobertas embolados de uso!
Tinha toalhas sujas, desta mesma forma, sinais de uso!
Toalha molhada na pia, banheiro entupido.

Camera pulita . Manca acqua calda . Posizione difficile da trovare ed isolata . Entrata completamente buia . Comunicazione con la struttura inesistente. Non avevano comunicato il codice per aprire la cassetta con la chiave .
