Man dont get family rooms! They get really hot and the receptionist will just laugh off your problem once you ask for help. This is unbelievebly inconvinient. And its not worth booking full price fore a fan room. If we knew ahead that this is the type if service or experience we’ll get then we could have just booked a different hotel.

We stayed at this hotel and the ac was not working (onky warm air) so i asked the front desk to maybe help us out as we had spent the whole day at the theme park and when we got home all me and my kids wanted was to rest and sleep. Now the issue was the room was hot… 28ish degrees and you add pur own body temps with this so it just got really hot and yes we took cold showers to try and help the situation. When i approached the front desk wht they said was “well its the hottest day and the room windows cannot be opened.” So he basicaly offered no solution… and even said “let me aee if we still have some electric fans available” and being tired by a whole day at disney i just too tired to argue… mind you this is happening at 1140pm… these things should have been communicated ahead as its not ideal to pay full price for a fan room…

A great hotel with great amenities and excellent service. About 6ks from the centre of the CBD, but taxis are cheap and the view of the river and city from the 38th floor is outstanding. The Aldi store on the ground floor and the local cuisine from the food court on the first floor is super handy. 2 coffee shops and a Starbucks on the ground floor too. This was my second stay here, and I’d happily stay there again.

The location is a bit far from the subway but the views are spectacular. The hotel is a bit dated and starting to show its age. The room was not very clean (dirty water glasses, some dirt on the floor) but nothing major. Pool was dated but fine. Revolving restaurant was a novelty but offered excellent views. Probably would skip this hotel in the future.

Overall, I had a positive experience staying at this hotel. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. My room was on a high floor with a breathtaking view—definitely a highlight of my stay. The breakfast was a unique experience, served in a revolving restaurant on the 50th floor with a stunning 360-degree panoramic view of the city.
However, there were some drawbacks. The shower had a faint sewage odor, and I noticed a bit of mold in the corners. Unfortunately, I also cut myself on a sharp edge of the sink while washing my hands, which was quite unpleasant. Another issue was the hot water in the shower—it took more than 5 minutes to get warm, and there was even a notice about this on the wall.
Despite these inconveniences, I still enjoyed my stay. The positives outweigh the negatives, and I would recommend this hotel to others, though it could use some improvements.

The front desk Anne inteoduced the swimming pool,gym and other facilities and equipment and also helped me plan the travel in Shanghai.I stayed for 4 Days ,,satisfied with everything especially the Taxi to Pudong Airport,the driver helped me make sure which airport,and helped me with my luggage.The journey was smooth.Really a wonderful trip to Shanghai,this hotel is always my first choices!

Room:Came here in family with 3kids ,I booked exclusive family room booking only available in Trip.com, and got big surprise , room is so big like a suite with 2 bedroom (one with 2 single bed, and master bedroom with walking closet and jacuzzi with pearl tower view! The room is best spot for countdown 2025 with view of all iconic building in the bund, hotel a bit far from nearest station but with 5 people including kid, didi is good options. Breakfast at 50th floor revolving floor is excellent, more on Chinese food but American bf is ok also, and the restaurant manager Andy Lau is very helpful, special gift for my 3 kids on checkout day at restaurant are 3 dolls for each of them, Thank you very much
