We had a wonderful stay, the staff were very helpful with assisting us as we travelled with our elderly grandmother. Especially staff IDs 308, 303 and 305. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Good experience of staying: big light room with bath and shower cabin, all necessary facilities, friendly receptionists and staff, green surrounding area, 2 station of metro nearby with strict transfer to both airports and hongqiao railway station. All was good.

Hotel was close to where i needed to be. Clean and equipped with modern amenities. The bath was long and the water pressure in the shower was good. Rooms were large and spacious.

老客人又來入住康柏苑啦～最近寒潮天氣，想着又放寒假又閑着不如躲在酒店裡舒舒服服～環境還是那麼好呀～雖然是三九的冬季，但是大花園大草坪仍然美美噠～河裡的大鵝也依舊活躍，比兩年前可是肥了不少哈哈哈🤣很喜歡這裏，小而精緻，設施也新，客人不多還算安靜。感謝305 307 服務人員，熱情周到，為我升級了房間～下次有閑還會來入住哦～感謝感謝d（^_^o）
