We had a wonderful stay, the staff were very helpful with assisting us as we travelled with our elderly grandmother. Especially staff IDs 308, 303 and 305. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Good experience of staying: big light room with bath and shower cabin, all necessary facilities, friendly receptionists and staff, green surrounding area, 2 station of metro nearby with strict transfer to both airports and hongqiao railway station. All was good.

Hotel was close to where i needed to be. Clean and equipped with modern amenities. The bath was long and the water pressure in the shower was good. Rooms were large and spacious.

一直住的酒店，房間大，環境好，服務態度不錯，工號305大姐姐非常有耐心，每次辦入住都會詢問我的需求，而且儘量滿足，真的很有心，有時還幫忙推薦她吃過的美食，非常nice 。

很不錯，空氣很好，裝修很新很乾凈的，住宿寬敞，家庭房適合親子旅行，地理位置臨近兩路地鐵，距離動物園和長風公園都不遠，性價比很高。特別表揚305和306員工，洪姐熱心周到，點贊👍

房間內空調噪音太大，鼓風機一樣不開熱，開了吵影響睡眠 沒有早餐，周邊也沒有配套餐飲，用餐不方便 晚上園區裏陰森森，2個職工體檢中心，感覺入住進了醫院 大堂休息區就一個沙發，等待期間沒休息地方 入住時禮賓員主動送行李 點贊 交通相對方便，步行幾分鐘內有10號和15號線
