Review from Singaporean couple . Pleas download Gaode map to use in china. Hotel easy to find . I took cab. Nearby a lot of food and walk to Jingan temple only 7min. Near to train line 2. Train line 2 super easy to go nanjing road and multiple place including direct to pudong airport . Go to level 16 and check in. Room was clean daily . Love the washer cum dryer so I no bed bring alot of clothes . Please bring own detergent . Air con was super shiok! Cold ! Mini living space ! Butler thru WeChat was helpful. Beside mall has supermarket and food . This place location was awsome ! I will stay again . Slight issue was toilet shower drainage abit slow … so need to shower slowly. Do not put high expectation . It’s a service apartment concept . The door step BBQ meat meat by the XinJiang stall super delicious !

As a returning guest, I can't recommend this hotel enough! Located in central Shanghai, the hotel's access to the metro and other transportation options is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the city. The service remains exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff.

The Room is little bit small but the location & services are very good. maybe next time booking a bigger room.

The apartment was larger than expected, clean and comfortable, perfect for an extended stay. We ended up with a view of the Jin’an Temple, which was pretty nice and I think a bit quieter. Every member of staff we interacted with has been amazing. We needed some help to set up Chinese apps, they explained everything and that gave us a lot of confidence navigating Shanghai.

Great location, daily cleaning service was fantastic. The room has everything you need including washing machine and kitchen utilities. The receptionists were ever so helpful. Also they have prepared small snacks for children which was so sweet. Awesome experience.

It is a very comfortable place to stay in the heart of Shanghai. It is also cheap. The maid comes to clean the room every day. There is no smell of cigarettes. In addition, there are restaurants, minimarts, grocery stores, pharmacies and coffee shops around the hotel. The location of the hotel is also near the metro. Just cross the road and walk less than 200 meters to the hotel. It is very worthwhile. The staff is also friendly and eager to help me, a foreigner with limited Chinese. I am very impressed. If I come to Shanghai next time, I will definitely stay here again.

Really loved this accommodation Staff were really lovely They helped us top up our Alipay balance with cash so we can make sure that we can pay smaller vendors. Free snacks with tea and they gave us new water bottles every day. (: Ordering from Taobao, JD and Meituan was very convenient since they deliver directly to the room We had some trouble finding the hotel at first, but it's on the 16th floor of Wulumuqi Rd Building 199 (it's an apartment complex). Note that hot water only runs for 30-40min and you'll need to wait 20min before the next shower--not a huge issue for us. There is a small washing machine and a drying rack, along with s small kitchen.

We spent 9 days there and the apartment was perfect for our requirements. It has everything you need if the period you will spend is a month or less. There is always someone available 24 hours a day to serve you and meet your requests with ease. And the best thing was doing our check in fast even though we arrived very late, almost 1 am. My third time to stay at Cosmo! Clean and cosy place, chose the loft this time with two levels, feels huge! Good value for money !

Really good location. Good distance from the metro and Bus 71 (takes you to all the main locations). The staff were very nice especially Jasmine. She had great customer service. Room was cleaned daily and thoroughly. Very nice housekeeping staff. 10/10 recommend

Nice place in a convenient location. Staff is super nice and helpful. (They speak English.) It’s not super easy to find (it’s not exactly ever the map tells you since you need to turn a corner), but other than that, I very much enjoyed my staying.
