Convince, comfortable,and clean. Close to shopping place and restaurants. The best thing that the room we got can see the oriental pearl tower.

The hotel’s location was excellent. Right in the heart of nanjing road and close to lots of shops and attractions. It is a very cute hotel and staff are very friendly. However it seems like they haven’t maintained it in a while as there are lots of nicks and backs on the walls and surface. That didn’t stop us from having a good time there. There is no breakfast at the hotel even though it’s advertised as 18 yuan per person. Overall we had a good stay and will stay there again next time we are back to Shanghai.

We stayed for 4 nights. The hotel is well-located on a popular shopping street, making it easy to explore the area. The room itself was quite spacious and okay overall, though the refrigerator didn’t work well, and the washing machine was very noisy during use. Unfortunately, the soundproofing was poor, as I could hear voices from the hallway and neighboring rooms. Additionally, the receptionist wasn't very friendly, which made the experience less pleasant.

Room cleanliness wise very terrible, all dust on the floor and my kids pants are all dirty when playing in the room just for 30mins, some lights in the room are not functioning (not even planning to request cuz the services are terrible)
Location wise: yes it is very convenient for with kids & stroller not recommend cuz there is stairs you need to carry your stroller and taxi/didi is not allow to go into the street, imagine you taking stroller and luggage all by yourself plus with stairs.
Services wise also terrible! Our didi driver trying to request for how to go to their hotel since we have kids and luggage by calling to their lobby. However they are rude and at the end we were looking for the hotel by ourselves with hassle😫
Amenities wise: although they have washing machine, I was super happy in the beginning, BUT super dirty not hygiene. There is 1 dryer in the common area but also super dirty! And I have to take staff lift to the dryer area. (Staff lift is very old, dirty and dark)
OVERALL: super not comfortable! We wasted the money and decided to check out on the same day once we found another hotel nearby
If you have kids not recommend to stay here!

Very noisy hotel. No sound isolation. Even people next room talking we can hear everything. There is always some noise from machines outside from day till night that you can not sleep. The room is like apartments, and the pillow is not comfort.The hotel is a lot of Thai, Vietnamese, and the Philippines. It is very hard to find as it is located in the building with Zara shopping mall on Nanjing Pedestrian Road. But it is located in the best location, I swear. Overall rate is acceptable but if someone has the problem sleep is not recommended as very noisy.

I absolutely loved the hotel! The location is fantastic—just a short walk from East Nanjing MRT station (Exit 1) and right in the heart of the main area, which made it super convenient to explore.
Initially, we encountered an issue with our room, which had a musty smell, and the air conditioning wasn’t working. Unfortunately, we had to spend the night in the lobby as it was too uncomfortable to sleep. However, the next day, the staff upgraded us to a much better room. The new room was wonderful, with a huge window, no mustiness, and fully functioning air conditioning/heater.
The hotel also provides unlimited drinking water, which was a great touch. The staff were kind and accommodating, and overall, it turned out to be a pleasant stay after the initial hiccup.
