The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the subway station, with many dining options nearby, especially Japanese food. There's a Chaoshan beef hotpot restaurant downstairs from the hotel, and a grilled fish place that's not greasy and tastes delicious. It's a great choice for business trips or family travel.

It was my 2nd time here. Room is bigger than other hotel inside the city. Full of facilities, this time i use laundary it was very convenient for a long stay. I had a very good sleep at night is quite. Near by tourist attraction. Water is hot. But there is no convenient store near by hotel. I had a very nice 7 nights stay there. Easy to get to everywhere.

We stayed in a family room with no windows, and it felt incredibly suffocating. It was scorching hot all night, leaving us parched and unable to sleep a wink. It was truly a terrible experience.

Close to the station and across the street from a Japanese mall. It’s very handy for getting to Hongqiao station. Generally, the hotel is quiet and the rooms are compact but clean. This time the staff were polite and efficient. There is free Chinese tea and a small tea set in the rooms. The elevators do get busy as there is now and exit and entry bureau on the third floor. One other issue is the heavy-handed use of fragrance in the hotel lobby, which can be overpowering at times. However, we had a pleasant stay.

Great location, very close to Hongqiao Airport, making travel super convenient. There's also a unique department store nearby, Takashimaya, which has everything you need from food and clothing to a supermarket. The hotel itself is compact but clean and tidy, with complete facilities, including a smart toilet. The service attitude is excellent!

Had a fantastic stay, even though it was just for one night. The room was very cozy, and the location was great. The building itself had beautiful architecture. The service was excellent; due to my flight schedule, the staff kindly extended my check-out time to 3:00 PM free of charge. All my room service requests were met. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is super convenient, it's clean and tidy, and the service is excellent. Takashimaya department store and Iri Station are right across the street. This is my go-to hotel every time I'm on a business trip.

Good hotel, handy robot delivery. Clean , free water and laundry room on the 8th floor - very handy. Metro about 5 minutes away … very pleasant stay and would stay there again. Photos do not give it a justice - decor is new and nice. But hotel tv sucks as always - if you want to watch any movies you need to pay … really do not get it .

This was my third stay, and it was just as good as I expected. The front desk staff were friendly and enthusiastic, and the housekeeping was meticulous. They also handled takeout and deliveries very well. Staff would proactively greet me in the elevator, and if I was carrying heavy items, they'd ask if I needed help or which floor I was going to. It felt like the service was even more attentive this time. The breakfast exceeded my expectations! There was a wide variety, and the taste was good too.

Facilities: Very comprehensive, having a fridge was great, and the screen casting worked well too. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. I stayed for multiple nights, and they cleaned every day, refilling water promptly. Environment: Clean, consistent with the typical Hanting style. Service: The front desk staff were enthusiastic and responsive. Location: The hotel's location is excellent, in the Changning Gubei business district, very close to the subway station, and you can even cut through underground from the office building across the street. There's also Takashimaya department store nearby, making dining, drinking, and entertainment very convenient.
