check in was good , the reception lady really polite and can understand basic English , overall the location good , easy to book.taxi and subway so near ,convenient store everywhere and food delivery can send to.the front door , great stay and probably will come back .

The price matches what you get. A very comfortable room for a day or 2 in Shanghai. Reception can do a better job of being faster with regards to the check in process.

Stayed at a hotel recently, and the overall experience was basic. The location, however, was good, offering great accessibility to wherei needed to be. The staff was incredibly helpful

The hotel room is too small. There were no space to open up a suitcase except on bed. Toilet is very tiny too. Compared to guangzhou branch, older and smaller. The coffee was terrible. Other than that, the hotel staffs were okay, and location was not terrible. I only stayed 2 days, so it was okay

The hotel itself is very nice, modern style, has all the means for a comfortable stay, the only minor disadvantage is that the staff don't speak a word of English, which might be a problem for some travelers.

Second time booking there and the service is great. Close to all the places I needed to be.

Place is nice. Renovated hotel. But some parts of it still super old. Can pay more attention on cleaning.
