Inside room almost 5 stars standard, but price too high as location is just because beside train station. Over price. And gave us a room facing a wall??? See attachments images, I don't know how many rooms are facing wall, or only my room, the check in officer don't like me. Pls during checking in ask room window without wall.

Well great location if you need connections to train or airport in Shanghai. Well Connected as well metro. Nice and very modern area around with several restaurants and pubs.

The Breakfast Buffet was good and have quite a lot of choices

This is the place to stay if you’re traveling by train and don’t mind the price. I booked this place because I had to catch the train and wanted to be close by and wasn’t expecting much but it is actually quite nice. The station is literally five minutes away and you won’t get wet getting there if it’s raining. That’s how convenient it is. I will definitely come back. The location is very convenient and there are restaurants right there in the courtyard. I lucked out with a nice corner room and as you can see it’s cozy and nice. I also like the bathtub.

Awesome location, walking distance from hongqiao train station, friendly and efficient staff, spacious and confortable rooms. Easy to access a bunch of restaurants on the ground floor and The Hub for shopping. Definitely recommended.

Convenient location if heading to HongqiaoElegant railways station. Elegant and cozy room, almost brand new. The swimming pool is nice but a bit short for swimming. The breakfast buffet is very good but slightly overpriced. There is a Michelin-starred restaurant in the hotel.

Good location close to the train station and airport, overall nice hotel, and friendly staff. However the wifi service is slow and unstable in my room.

The room temperature cannot be controlled. We set temp at 22 degrees but the room was too hot to sleep. I had booked the hotel for a nights stay during our return which I have now cancelled. We complained about the aircon not working but the staff didn't/couldn't do anything about it. If you need a cool room to sleep, look elsewhere

The hotel is about 8 mins walk to the railway station. The staff is friendly and efficient. Room is spacious and clean. Will stay here again!

Great place for families in traveling via Hongqiao airport. Tons of place to eat and entertain kids.
