Nice hotel. Spacious room and strategic location. Walking distance to The bund.

I recently stayed at this excellent hotel and had a fantastic experience. The level of service was exceptional, and the amenities provided were top-notch. One great aspect was the complimentary toiletries. The hotel's cleanliness and aesthetics were remarkable, making our stay even more enjoyable. We opted for the deluxe room, and it exceeded our expectations. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location, just a 7-minute walk from the Bund area, was a huge plus. I strongly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in the area.

Nice area, very convenient transportation. The rooms were quiet at night, unfortunately were woken up by loud conversations of cleaning ladies

It is a business type hotel, and we were surprised that reception didnt know english, only 2 guys other days were on reception were helping us and understood our inquire, so in case you face some issues, just use wifi and translator. In general everything was fine, I used to evalate hotels according their breakfast choice, and it was good, there were even some delicious cakes that made my meal complete. I used to have tea in the morning, but I guess it is smth that China is not used to provide, they had coffee, soy and normal milk and some beverages. if you want tea, go to the room and take teabag. what surpised me, the cleaners were waching the floor, in other hotels we noticed thay dont even broom it. the big minus I guess is the distance to Metro station or bust stop, you have to walk from 5-7 mins to Metro station and 10-15 mins to bus stop. But if you have time you can walk to the Bund and enjoy the view.

Very nice hotel, it's convenient and has restaurant next door, locations is good as it is quite near the Bund and Huangpu River, room is decent size as expected most hotels in Shanghai is small, for the price it's highly recommended here

I had a really comfortable stay in Zhenyue. The staff were friendly and the security guard was super helpful and even helped with English translation. The beds were SUPER comfortable and the rooms tidy. Breakfast was popular so get in early, and there were delicious fresh eggs fried by the chef.

We spent 5 days in Shanghai, and the Zhenyue hotel was the perfect location to explore the city from. It is a short walk to the metro station, close to Nanjing Road, The Bund Sightseeing Avenue, and people's square. The hotel itself was all we needed: comfortable and clean. The staff were lovely and so welcoming. We were very happy with our experience staying at this hotel.
