Terima kasih kepada Chris Lee kerana membawa saya melawat hotel dan memperkenalkan saya kepada restoran hotel dan setiap jenis bilik secara terperinci. Tujuh bilik peribadi restoran Cina (tanah api air kayu emas, merpati keamanan dan burung merak membuat mata orang bersinar). Perkakasan benar-benar menunjukkan perkhidmatan Kekuatan (rasa 💰) Kumpulan Jinjiang juga melebihi imaginasi saya [senyum][senyum]

J Hotel adalah pilihan pertama saya apabila saya datang ke Shanghai. Menginap lagi saya mengalami Restoran Cina Jinyan. Merah besar, yang sukar dikawal, menampilkan warna merah Cina 🇨🇳 yang berkembang maju di bawah tangan bijak pereka. Hidangan set 2288 yuan per kapita kotak hadiah daging lembu Cina, babi susu wangi cendawan rangup, tiga bawang hijau dan naga goreng adalah lazat dan lazat. Selepas mengalami dengan keluarga saya, perkakasan hotel sangat baik, perkhidmatannya bertimbang rasa, dan butirannya disediakan. Adalah disyorkan untuk datang dan mendaftar masuk sekali [強][perayaan] Hiasan Restoran Jinyan adalah sederhana dan mewah, dan rasanya sedap!

He consistently went above and beyond, ensuring our every need was met promptly, even outside his regular hours. Miss Sia provided wonderful care and joy to our children, making them feel at home. Mr. Liu Hai's insightful commentary on the hotel's art collection enhanced our stay, deepening our cultural experience. On the third day of our journey, we had initially planned to move to another luxury hotel on the Bund. However, we were dissuaded by the service there. Eventually, at half past eleven that same night, we happily returned to J Hotel to continue our stay. We are delighted that domestic hotels can achieve such high standards of service. We are grateful to Butler George, Miss Sia, Mr. Liu Hai, and the entire staff for making our time here truly memorable.

Amazing, thank you all the staff, Shawn and the rest for making our short stay amazing! We will definitely be back! We stayed and had to leave at 4am, the team packed a breakfast for us which was beyond considerate. Everyone spoke pretty fluent English & the hotel itself was beautiful. Definitely a must stay in Shanghai!

A warm welcome from the moment we stepped into the hotel entrance. We were ushered to the lobby at level 101. There we met our butler Alex and we had our refreshments at the lobby with spectacular view. A special shout out to the Hi tea session. Food and services were fabulous. We enjoyed it very much. As well as the magic show. Kudos to the Magician who made our day. The hotel tour was amazing, thank you Jan 真真 for her good effort for showing us around , it was very educational. We didn't get the chance to dine at the Chinese restaurants as there were fully booked. What ashamed! Breakfast spread was interesting. Crew were very attentive. Our room was clean and comfortable. The pillow selection was another brilliant move. Very much appreciated. Front desk Joejoe was courteous and friendly. After all, thank you J Hotel and the crew for an unforgettable experience throughout our stay.

I have been travelled to Shanghai many times before, and stayed in many different 5 star top hotel, somehow, J Hotel is the one and only made me feel home and starting fall in love with Shanghai. The VIEW from 101 is the best of the best to be able to see the WHOLE Shanghai with old and new buildings and history, YUYUAN, the BUND, Peace hotel and more and everything you expect to see. The ARTS and MR LIU HAI’s (刘海先生）art tour actually is the soul of J Hotel. MR LIU, a Shanghai local gentleman, uses the very classic and professional style to bring the guests immersed every piece of art, mainly presented China traditional culture in a fancy and modern visions. J Hotel has me understand more of my mother country, China and first time experienced the old but classic Shanghai GENTLEMAN hospitality, that might be only can see in the movie about 1930s THE SHANGHAI BOUND. I saw every foreigners were so impressed when they see the China art and I am so proud to swing that J Hotel is becoming a new icon of China welcome more and more friends to from all around the world. I highly recommend and I definitely make J Hotel my home in Shanghai. Also I would like to thank you Cindy, the manager of YunJing restaurant, she has given me warm company when I was having dinner on my own. Thank you for her thoughtful gifts. I hope to see her again in my next trip. For business travellers is convenience and luxury. We are a group of three. Two rooms. Thanks for Linda Zhang did a wonderful tour. Highly recommend this hotel.

Really enjoyed the stay! Impeccable service upon arrival - from the concierge, check in was very smooth and butler was very helpful in assisting with our dinner reservation. The hotel tour is a must! Ms Wang, tour guide, takes her time to introduce and explain the details of the architecture from Ground Floor to 120F. We had to check our early morning (5:30am) and they packed our breakfast for us to bring to the airport. They also provided a small gift which is a nice gesture. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

Absolutely at the top of things! You will be staying in one of Shanghai's most visible landmarks with a one of a kind view of the city. The Shanghai Tower's architecture is both stunning and energetic, from the outside as well as the inside. It is matched by a level of personal dedication from the staff that is absolutely extraordinary even for a hotel of the highest category. I was staying (for a business trip) in a Premium Stateroom that offered a perfect view of several more of Shanghai's world-famous landmarks: The Oriental Pearl Tower, the Shanghai World Financial Center, the Jin Mao Tower and the Bund (Waitan). When it comes to the style of the architecture you will find both very authentic and traditional Chinese elements as well as those one would expect from a skyscraper, like glass and steel. They must have taken the utmost care in combining them in a gorgeous way. It must be very hard to find that elsewhere. Very beautiful and impressive indeed. Also something someone from the West can draw a lot of inspiration from. I would very much like to thank concierge manager Ryan Wang personally for his outstanding service from the moment my room was booked until after I had already left and we still exchanged some WeChat messages. He assisted me with practically everything I did in Shanghai and played an absolutely crucial role in making sure my business trip was a great success. Especially if you are not a fluent Mandarin speaker having a dedicated concierge can make a huge difference. From finding a certain place to organizing a visit, translating or booking a train ticket. If you are looking for the best place to stay in Shanghai this should definitely be your choice! You will surely make some unforgettable experiences. I am already looking forward to my next visit!

We had experienced an absolute welcome service rendered from the moment we touched down by taxi. All the service provider are available and attentive to us at all around the corner whenever we step or walking around . The hotel view are superb , the hotel room design and unique and chic and contemporary, for my husband and I , the room are super spacious and modern ; as for my mother and my brother , their twin room design was unique and specially incorporated with eastern elements. The lift services are very efficient and in order manner as we have been attended by the hotel lift staff so efficiently . The breakfast were super yummy and special as in we can select our dishes from the menu customization and also there are full selection at buffet bar . We wanted to thank you to Mr Alex Liu - personal butler whom take care of us all the way and attended to us in a very welcoming gesture . We were being allocated a temporary resting room for my mum as their twin bed room has not been ready because it has been occupied by the other guest , the gesture are absolutely comprehensive. In addition l, we wanted to say thank you to Ms Jen Wang who touring us around the hotel and given a full explanation for every details of the hotel structure and art work pieces which were one of the best exclusive experiences so far as compared to all other hotel that we have been stayed around the world . Not to forget all the the small details that rendered by the J Hotel staffs to us , it was a memorable and fantastic experiences for our stay at this hotel , my family and I rated it 10/10 for the full scores ! We will be back again 🥰

A very luxurious hotel with many nice restaurants. Rooms are well designed and spacious. Service is exceptional and staff are very friendly especially Lynda and Odele, both work in the reception area. A 7-star hotel.😊
