Hotel di Dataran Rakyat, Shanghai

Absolutely the best hotel experience I’ve had in Shanghai. What set it apart was the butler service — Ada and Lucas were exceptional from start to finish. They booked restaurants for us, collected our shopping, and even offered to unbox everything when it arrived. Nothing was too much trouble, and every request was handled quickly and warmly. If you’re staying in Shanghai, this is the place. Ada and Lucas made the whole stay effortless.

The workers were really nice and helpful any time I had an inquiry or question, they were always immediately available. I ordered quite a few of packages and it worked out perfectly. They have a dedicated section to store them for pickup. Compared to other hostels I’ve been to it’s great that the rooms have personal bathrooms including showers. It’s great not to have to walk around the hostel each time you need to go to the bathroom. Besides that it was a quite and relaxing experience. For the price it’s a great option for accommodation in the city of Shanghai and the location is great too.

Semasa cuti Tahun Baru Cina, kami menginap satu malam di Hotel Vienna (Cawangan Jalan Pejalan Kaki Jalan Nanjing Shanghai) dan menikmati pengalaman yang hebat – ulasan lima bintang! Sebaik sahaja memasuki hotel, kami serta-merta diliputi oleh suasana perayaan. Biliknya bersih dan kemas, dengan suasana yang mesra dan menarik. Tempat tidurnya sangat selesa dan lembut, memastikan tidur malam yang nyenyak. Biliknya juga lengkap. Lokasi hotel ini sangat hebat, betul-betul berhampiran Jalan Pejalan Kaki Jalan Nanjing. Pusat membeli-belah, tempat makan, dan pelbagai gerai makanan semuanya berada dalam jarak berjalan kaki. Terdapat juga banyak tarikan berdekatan, seperti Bund dan Yu Garden, mudah diakses dengan kereta api bawah tanah atau teksi, menjadikan bersiar-siar mudah. Penginapan di Hotel Vienna (Cawangan Jalan Pejalan Kaki Jalan Nanjing Shanghai) ini sangat sempurna. Perkhidmatan, persekitaran, dan lokasinya semuanya sempurna. Saya pasti akan memilih hotel ini lagi apabila saya berada di Shanghai!

Bilik okay je. Dah banyak kali dah saya menginap kat sini. Setiap kali datang memang akan stay sini. Sangat disyorkan untuk menginap. Kaunter depan sangat berbudi bahasa, proses check-in pun cepat dan servis sangat bagus. Di tingkat bawah pun sangat mudah dan dekat dengan The Bund.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and I’m just as happy with it as the first time. The hotel is very comfortable and is located in the heart of the Bund, close to shopping malls and many attractions, making it a great choice for shopping and sightseeing. I usually stay here for only one or two nights, but the location and convenience keep bringing me back. Getting around is very easy. The hotel is well connected to public transportation, and traveling from the airport is convenient. You can reach it by metro with only one transfer (or even a direct line from some airport routes), making the journey simple and hassle-free. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Shanghai.

Location of the hotel is good. Surrounding the area there are varieties of local food to choose from. It’s within walking distance to The Bund. On the other side of the hotel, there’s a river bank walk with beautiful night scene. Walk along the river bank, the Pearl Tower can be seen clearly without the hustle of other tourists/locals.

The hotel is not to bad , but around the hotel are lots of construction sites

The room was ok but they were renovating the building when we visited which really wasn't the best time. It qas also also a bit difficult to find it at first since you needed to take an elevator to get there and there were no signs in English.
