At the heart of the city - walkable distance to Nanjing west road, a straight alley down to the bund, and next to Ren Ming Square and Xin Shi Jie mall. 5min walk to Ren Ming Square station Exit 1 where multiple metro lines are. Few stops away from Jing a temple station, xintiandi and lujiazui. Room is clean and cozy. Very modern with lights, air condition and curtains controllable through a digital remote panel. Was upgraded to a room with living room and kitchen, which came with a washer-dryer. Service level exceeded my expectation. Received prompt responses when I reach out to the service crew on WeChat. They even promptly brought my ******* deliveries to my room , which I appreciated! I was supposed to stay till typhoon day and had brought forward my departure. The crew told me that I could inform the trip.com platform, which I eventually got a refund for the outstanding stay. Really appreciate the kindness in helping me navigate the situation and I would gladly choose Opartment when I return to Shanghai again.

The workers were really nice and helpful any time I had an inquiry or question, they were always immediately available. I ordered quite a few of packages and it worked out perfectly. They have a dedicated section to store them for pickup. Compared to other hostels I’ve been to it’s great that the rooms have personal bathrooms including showers. It’s great not to have to walk around the hostel each time you need to go to the bathroom. Besides that it was a quite and relaxing experience. For the price it’s a great option for accommodation in the city of Shanghai and the location is great too.

Warga asing memerlukan media sosial untuk menggunakan Wi-Fi hotel, jadi saya tidak dapat mengaktifkannya pada hari pertama saya. Saya bercakap dengan kaunter penerimaan tetamu pada keesokan harinya, dan mereka memberi saya ID dan kata laluan *****tara, yang membolehkan saya mengaktifkannya, tetapi saya harap mereka dapat memperbaikinya. Great location, just a short walk from the pedestrian road in Shanghai. We were on a quick transit with a day trip planned, so we booked a 6-hour stay here to rest. Everything was good. The room was quiet and comfortable, and we got proper rest before heading out. Plenty of restaurants nearby, so we had a good meal before catching our midnight flight. Overall, a comfortable and convenient hotel — especially if you need a short rest between flights. Recommended.

Most things were clean, tidy, felt safe and hygienic as well, overall a great experience. The only problem I had was with this one older receptionist. I asked for a disposable towel, the second one of the day but he said one disposable towel per day which didn't make sense because they seemed very cheap and low quality and I was ready to pay. He was very stingy with it and he also refused to change the temperature of the AC to make sure the room was a little bit cooler. Overall amazing experience except that one receptionist.

Located at a quiet corner near Nanjing road East, easy access to the Metro and Bund. Room is big and spacious, everything is great except for the cleaning. Recommended.

Great location but the male staff not so helpful upon check in. The female staff next morning is better. Room very basic and just ok...not as represented in the booking app. It's different and not as nice
