We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

Quite close to the metro station and to shopping mall area. Clean, big room, comfy bed, sofa etc. The only problem was that the 5G signal was weak in my room, but WiFi was quite fast. Also: washing machine is only available if you make a booking for at least a month worth of stay, so be careful when booking. It's weird, cause the washing machine is right there in the room, but the note attached to it says not to use it, so I didn't, even though the room description on trip.com says the washing machine is usable. I booked an option without a window, but was surprised to actually have a window with a so-so view. Maybe if you book the same option as me you won't get a window, so be careful.

The staff were excellent and very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station and close to the MixC shopping mall. The only downside during our 7-night stay was that only one lift was operating, as the other was under maintenance. One of the best features of Atour Hotel is the laundry service. There is also halal food available near the hotel. I don’t recall the restaurant name, but it is very close and owned by a person named Musa. I had dinner there almost every night. Highly recommend! In front of the adjacent area, there is a musical water fountain with lights and music, creating a very beautiful night view.

I had another wonderful stay at the Hilton Shanghai Hongqiao. The hotel itself is fantastic, clean rooms, great amenities, and a perfect location. A special thanks to Tom, the front office manager, for the incredibly warm welcome. He went above and beyond to ensure I was well looked after right from the start, showing the kind of personalized care that makes a stay truly special. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!

🤩 Excellent service, superb location! The staffs are friendly and the room is spacious (enough) for solo travelers. A few minutes of walking to the metro station, to Lingkong SOHO, Livat shopping mall, and others. The bedding and mattress is soft and the sheets were clean. Room slippers, tooth brushes, shampoo, body wash, and 🪮 are provided 👍 . The location is in a quiet neighborhood. Overall, it was great!

The hotel is strategically located, providing easy access to Shanghai Hongqiao Airport, making it suitable for short-term stays. The vicinity is well-equipped with nearby shopping malls and many restaurant choices. The building structure is slightly dated. During our arrival, the weather was hot, lobby temperature was high due to the air conditioning was not operational. Check-in involved a slight wait for reception assistance, but the process was completed without complications.

the hotel was good we had to add one more night me and my husband , the room is big the bathroom is good and clean I loved the coffee machine inside the room the only thing it was a stranger voice early in the morning at 8am we didn’t know where it’s coming from it was very loud , overall it was good

9.9號晚上10點多入住，前台兩位小哥哥沒有一絲疲憊耐心幫我們辦理入住，第二天續房了又因為行程有變，前台小姐姐幫我對接平台退款。存放行李是密碼鎖，安全放心。回來取行李前台小姐姐幫我倒水，當一個人拿三個箱子出門，又主動詢問我是否需要幫忙…是上海旅途最暖心的一段記憶。房間乾淨，乾濕分離，雙床房有兩個桌子很適合同行出差人士。今天起晚了沒有吃到早餐，下次再見桔子。

The location is convenient and close to the office and mall. Breakfast is average. However, this property may not be suitable for guests who are sensitive to cigarette smoke.

Hyatt Place Shanghai Tianshan Plaza enjoys a very strategic and convenient location, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel is situated less than a 10-minute walk from the nearest train station, which makes getting around the city extremely easy. In addition, there is a large shopping mall directly opposite the hotel, offering plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. With these amenities so close by, the hotel is within easy reach of almost everything a business traveler might need during their stay. During my visit, my spouse and son accompanied me, and the room setup worked out very well for our small family. The sofa bed provided in the room made it comfortable enough to accommodate three people without feeling cramped. The room itself was spacious, well-organized, and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, which made our stay even more pleasant. Another highlight of the hotel is the excellent service from the staff. The housekeeping team was consistently friendly and attentive, ensuring the room was well maintained each day. The reception staff were also polite, welcoming, and professional, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Overall, the combination of a great location, comfortable rooms, and attentive service made our stay at Hyatt Place Shanghai Tianshan Plaza a very enjoyable experience.
