Hotel di Daerah Hutai dan Pengpu, Shanghai

Friendly staffs. But Cleanliness needs to be improved. Washing m/c n dryer not clean. Insects bit while sleeping, requested to change to the other room. We stay there for 6 days but I don't think they change the bed sheet n pillows cover for us from second day to the last day. Inside the Rooms are also dusty everywhere. never wash the toilet floor during our stay.

I absolutely love this hotel! They had wireless charging on the tables, a spacious place, and all the amenities provided for you. There is also the imix mall just opposite, which makes it very convenient, and free nighttime porridge from 9/9.30pm-11pm downstairs, and the hotel helped us to collect 淘宝 (Taobao) packages we ordered 2 weeks in advance. We also faced issues with ** (*******) and the front desk assisted us with them. The taxi from here to the city centre takes about 20-30 minutes, and it’s a great place to avoid the main hustle and bustle of Shanghai. Unfortunately there was construction ongoing during our stay, but we couldn’t hear the noises from our room. Overall an amazing stay, my partner and I would LOVE to come back here again when we’re back in Shanghai! Overall, amazing stay!

Although slightly far from the city center, its near to Xingzhi Station which made the transpo to the center easy, afaik, only 7 Stations away. The reception are so friendly and helpful, and despite the language barrier, didn't hesitate to help me out on understanding ******* and my other concerns. If you go out for the day and leave your hotel card, they will clean your room and refill all of the consumables including a new pair of slippers.

Came back to these hotels 2nd time. It’s affordable and very value for money. Amenities are great and have everything I want as a family in each traveller. Does that stand of this hotel is very great that i makes me happy for most details but not spending extras for unnecessary stuffs. Hotel also have self service laundry and dryer. Truly 4-star standard but with 3-star cost only. I will choose here again if I come back. Room photos are same as advertised and not overly beautified. The change/improvement I see compared to 2 years ago are: new robot for delivering food delivery to your room, and modified the shower screen with non-transparent material.

The staffs are friendly. There were always a smoke smell every time we enter our room. It might have come through the ventilation.

We watch the acrobatic show and it was finished late.walking distance only from the circus area.Good Location. Front desk staffs are accommodating. There was a good pub at the hotel as well. Wil come back for the next show. Price is affordable.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay. • The Rooms: Our room was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean. It’s clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work, providing a relaxing environment to return to each day. • The Service: What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. They were helpful and attentive throughout our stay, but their kindness didn't stop at checkout. • Going Above and Beyond: We had some packages from Taobao that arrived after we had already departed. The team went out of their way to assist us with these deliveries even though we were no longer guests. This level of post-stay support is rare and much appreciated! Overall, it was a very positive experience. We will definitely be coming back!

The hotel is nice, just needs to add more daily necessities. It is clean, offers good service, and the restaurant has good breakfast options; recommended for any guests. The prepayment method or guarantee requirements are annoying when not needed for a one-night stay; this should be checked.

The hotel is located near a hospital and a Lawson is located just 2 shops away. The place is surrounded by eateries. It’s about a 10minute drive to Shanghai Railway station. Rooms are spacious for the price with basic necessities provided. Non-smoking rooms are available but the smell of cigarettes is still evident within the vicinity. They provided free laundry services, make sure to get the detergent from the receptionist. Overall value for price stay.
