Concierge sibuk menyapa rakan-rakan asing dan tidak mempunyai masa untuk menjaga rakan senegara. Ia membuatkan orang berasa buruk pada pandangan pertama. Ada yang lebih teruk. Terdapat sekeping plat besi yang besar di sebelah pintu pusingan di kawasan drop-off Kebetulan hujan turun dengan lebat di Shanghai semasa beberapa hari saya mendaftar masuk. Our family became Fans of M.O. after this stay. We checked-in in the midnight and the staff Kent and Linda were so thoughtful and professional to settle us in with our kids quickly. In addition to the warm hospitality and services, there are star-awarded restaurants in M.O. that are very family friendly. A small new hotel, no frills, yet very chic interior design. Just 3 levels but with many rooms as each level is almost like a maze of rooms with a zen vibe. The room is basic (in fact mine didn't even come with a window being a room in the middle of the middle section) and a little small but comfortable for 1, with all basic amenities provided, separate Standing Shower and Toilet. It's also a smart room concept where they have Xiao Du control basic features in the room (telling time, switching on TV, lights, aircon, playing music). The bed is firm and so were the pillows. They have options of a fluffy soft pillow or the foam type with more shape and support. The front desk staff are also helpful and polite, full of smiles. The hotel offers a self service laundry room on Level 2. The location is also superb, just opposite Raffles City Mall where there are many food options (both local and international) and shopping there. The Tilanqiao metro station (Line 12) is a short 3 mins walk away. They also gave us a small thank-you goodie bag at check out. The only negative point is the fact that they do not have a sheltered pick up / drop off point on road level connected to the hotel. So when we call for rides via Didi, it's some point along the roads just outside which is a problem when it rains. Having said so, overall, I found the hotel value for money and certainly return the next time I come to Shanghai again.

It was perfect in every way. I was thinking about Fairmont and Waldorf and chose Waldorf. Choosing Waldorf was really the best choice. It was hard to enter and exit Fairmont because there were so many tourists. Foreigners like me definitely recommend going to Waldorf. And make sure to upgrade to the riverside view room. You can see the best view of Waitan lying down in bed. And Steven Diep! You made our trip perfect. I will not forget your service and kindness. Thank you.

Purpose is to have a good memory for birthday with my family. All the ratings beyond my expectation. I want to say to “Iris” she did good performance for customer service during my visit. And the “Clare” she kindly explained all the information and functions in detail. Lastly, I have to give thanks to anonymous who sincerely took care of my son and she did treat pier soup for my son to relief health condition. Speaking of room condition, swimming pool and both chinese and western restaurant are also all good. Thanks for everything.

We can only recommend this beautiful hotel. From the entrance, lobby to the rooms everything was perfect! It is close to everything and Nanjing street is just around the corner, metro so close to get to everywhere. The room was so clean and the bed very comfortable, the staff super friendly, we loved our stay!!
