從預訂到最後退房，全程有一對一服務，特別給力。位置絕佳，離網紅幾條街都是走路距離，太爽了！環境安全幽靜，可以體驗老洋房的特色，裏面裝修嶄新的特別舒適。毛巾都是消毒打包好的用的放心，這點很加分。密碼鎖很安全方便。洗衣機廚具都非常實用方便。總之100%推薦！下次來上海，會再定這家的！

酒店附近交通很方便，鄰近的商場都很大，房間裏設施燈的開關鍵靈敏，早餐味道也不錯哦，口味選擇性很多，在酒店住了幾天，洗衣房洗衣烘乾都有，續住房間不懂的問題和房間還沒有空出來，前台工作人員都很有耐心的幫我解決問題，讓我感覺工作人員都很認真的對待工作和服務，幫客人跟爭取，特別誇讚一下前台叫昆銘的工作人員，很耐心辦事效率很快，體驗感不錯的一次出行。

Value for money. In an excellent location, it's good for young people who visit Shanghai for partying or for other travelers who need a bed to sleep at night. But don't have great expectations and also not recommended for couples. It is better if you travel alone since there are not even closets to store your clothes.

As usual, I stayed in this hôtel for a rest week-end. Very convient location in Jingan, front of Jingan Temple. Luxury équipement and furnitures, old style. Clean. Good breakfast.

It’s indeed an urban resort hotel but it’s only on design. Hospitality from the staffs should be further improved. The issue is the reception just offered me to upgrade the rooms with some costs while I’m the first time customer which unable to know if the hotel match with the expectation of worthiness. This small action of upsell makes me a little bit disappointing. At around 5pm, the staff came in to clean up and make the room neat but I just checked in at 4pm. The staff ring the bell 3 times in 5 seconds and tried to enter the room while I was sleeping. I was quite shock and made a constructive feedback to the reception. No follow up from there onwards and no one provides any explanation later. The hotel has a superb strategic location. It’s walkable to the Jing’an Temple and subway station, adjacent to good commercial area of Jing’an Kerry Center which has many international F&B brands like Shake Shack, Blue Bottle, Piebird. The commercial area also has some modern Chinese bistro like GUI Bistro, Cucurucu which offered great hot cooked food (not sweet dish like local Shanghainese taste). The room is spacious, good view of the city, comfortable mattress and have good sound proof.

Localization and staff are simply amazing. There is no better location to be at Shanghai. The neighborhood is amazing. We were helped in many situations by the staff, who are very kind and made lots of efforts in all ocasions. The apartment is also quite good and offer lots of amenities, including free cleaning and dry service. Just 150 meters of Jing´An Temple, very well served by metro, and just 300 meter os Jing´An Park.

A wonderful second stay at this gorgeous boutique hotel! It's my new favourite place in the city. The service is amazing, the rooms are lovely and clean, and it's in an amazing location. Very comfortable beds and lovely little touches in the room (fruit, sandalwood soap etc). It was perfect for Christmas weekend.

I definitely would give the stuff and especially Richard an 10 of 5 if possible! Their service were amazing!!!! They helped us so much with everything to get smoothed into the Chinese world! They helped with installing the right applications for us and the get a discount for our stay at the hotel! Thank you so much! The hotel is in a great location 3 minutes walk to the metro station, French concession with restaurants and cafe is 5 to 10 minutes walk! But there also also direct cafes beside the building! The breakfast is amazing and very clean and tastes great! The there as well is super kind and helpful. See you soon again:)

Based in a historic building in French Concession, it’s a good location with great staff. Hotel has a good spa and cool balcony. But rooms are Alice in Wonderland style bizarre, very cramped and almost feeling as if you’re camping (slanted ceilings, constant crouching).

The perfect resort for relaxing without care. The area is huge featuring a beautiful swimming pool for full coverage tanning and a converted one if you need a break from the sun but still want to chill outside by the pool. The staff are incredible and the breakfast buffet is unparalleled. We had our own butler who took care of all of our requests. This gorgeous resort also features a spa with yoga, pilates, and sound bowl meditation. The gym is 24- hours and is a little small but equipped with everything you need. Highly recommend this resort as a treat. The prices are higher than usual but the food is absolutely incredible.
