The location is good, there are many restaurants around the area, the metro stop is close by when you arrive you may be confused because there are about 20 or so exits and some of the exits don't have an esklators , there are 3 lines that converg at the metro stop, even the locals get confused which way to exit, the rooms are clean, the staff is very curtious and very helpful, most of them don't speak English, I recommend you use a translator app, that helps out tremendously. Breakfast is sufficient, it is a mix of toast and mini croissants butter strawberry jelly and poached eggs and bacon and a piece of fruit with coffee or orange juice,or Chinese breakfast consisting of rice small salad with soup or porage Chinese boiled eggs etc. It is a minimalist breakfast, it is good and will keep you full till lunch.

If you would like to enjoy ”old Shanghai” and experience good Chinese food and observe Chinese ordinary people's daily life, Hengshan Garden Hotel is a great location to stay. Hengshen Garden Hotel has a long history as an international hotel and service is as excellent as expected. It is located in the old French Concession area, it is vey walking friendly and a lots small coffee shops and restaurants. The Hengshan Garden Park is about 5-10 minutes walking distance, we enjoyed the beautiful park in the middle of busy city. In the park, we enjoyed people watching (and bird watching too). People are happy doing group exercises dance, practice Tai-Chi, grandparents taking grandchildren for a stroll in the strollers. People are friendly. Worried about safety? China is the safest country to visit in my opinion. We enjoyed every minute during our visits. I would definitely stay in Hengshan Garden Hotel again when next time visiting China.

Super nice service from the whole team from receptionists,housekeepers… The location is good with many restaurants surround and walking to Yishan Road station (~5-8 mins walking) Definitely recommend for travelling to Shanghai It is quite new and modern hotel I also like their laundry service (modern machine, well and fresh detergent), they also help you to take care of it if you do not have time to follow. 100/100 Well done !!!

As a business traveller, when I go to a hotel, I crave familiarity, as there are often enough surprises at work. At the Radisson Xing Guo, I had high expectations, check-in process was smooth and the room was nice. However, when I came back after work, the dirty cups were still inside my room and when I called down to front desk, they sent replacement glasses from room service without any spoons after a long wait. On my second day returning from work, there was only half the normal nunber of bottles of water. The continuous little errors were unfortuante as I never knew what else would go wrong. Hotel overall was nice, and should definitely spend more time training room servicing staff.

Excellent concierge team. The front desk and all the colleagues went above and beyond! We arrived on 5th July. Our child felt unwell from the travelling. The hotel staff was very helpful in helping us find a hospital who would offer outpatient appointments without pre-booking. She helped to get us a taxi. They are a credit to their employer. Nice and clean hotel room. Lovely breakfast buffet. Perfect location. A++++

The hotel location is pretty conveniently located if you wish to visit Tianzifang or SunMoonLight Shopping Mall. You could walk or use a local ride hailing app. It's a simple no-frills hotel, and the room which I had reminded me of the hotels in Tokyo but was much more spacious. The hotel front desk and housekeeping staff were really kind and helpful, they even sent me a note on WeChat when I left my supplements in the room and asked if I wanted items to be mailed to me. My favourite highlight of the room was the air ventilation system. I could choose the fan mode if I didn't want the cool mode, which is something pretty rare in other hotels which run on central air conditioning.

Always very pleased to be staying in this hotel. Felt like home away from home. Friendly and welcoming staff from reception, concierge to morning banquet. Exceptional thanks to receptionist Ms 麦田 and Ms 筱义 for their pleasant hospitality and assistance to arrange overseas courier. Overall Hotel cleanliness is good, conveniently located (walking distance to metro station Line2/7/14 Jing’ An Temple Station) and close to The Bund as well. Several malls located in the vicinity as well (Kerry Centre), with plenty of F&B choices.

Hotel with a very good location, near to almost all touristy spots. Easily accessible by DiDi. Used to live here 8 years ago. Bed and pillow is comfortable. Value for money. Got basic stuff like toothpaste and toothbrush. There’s a Lawson just outside and massage opposite too. Love it. Manner coffee, Starbucks, luckin coffee all nearby too !

Kedua, saya lebih mementingkan kebersihan dan keadaan keselesaan Hotel ini akan dibuka pada tahun 2024, dan tiada bau hiasan atau acuan, dan persekitaran kebersihan adalah baik! Mari kita bercakap tentang perkhidmatan Dari meja depan hingga pembersihan, semua orang bersemangat dan bertimbang rasa pada asalnya saya merancang untuk tinggal selama 3 hari, pada masa itu saya akan pergi ke planetarium dan Disneyland dan menginap di hotel berdekatan. Pada masa lain, kanak-kanak meminta untuk tinggal di hotel ini, dan kemudian melanjutkan penginapan mereka selama 4 hari lagi.
