一家非常舒適自在的民宿。真的是難得逃離城市享受鄉野慢時光。由於是民宿入住前最擔心的就是衞生問題了，結果證明是自己多慮了，整個房間衞生很好，品質也相當不錯。下午在咖啡廳嚐到了管家自己烤的紅薯，味道非常不錯，我們兩個人最愛的就是烤紅薯了，烤的很入味也很軟爛。對比入住過的酒店的下午茶，這種類型的體驗感真的很特色也很難得。晚上餐廳200一位的配菜口味也很地道，非常好吃，量也很大，我們兩個人根本吃不完，他們家自製的米漿生椰咖啡也很好喝。第二天的早餐是一套上的，但是吃完了不夠還是可以再加的哦。這家民宿的工作人員也都很年輕，所以整體服務和衞生都有保證。離店的時候還送了我們手工自製竹葉編，真是不虛此行。

小学4年の息子を連れて、家族3人で木屋に滞在しました。日本で言うグランピングに近い施設で、快適に滞在できました。バーベキューコンロの貸し出しもあり、バーベキュー終了後は声を掛けると片付けてくれます。手軽に楽しめるのはとても良かったです。また、小学生の子どもがたくさんいたため、チェックアウトするまで楽しく遊んでいました。手軽にグランピングできるので、また今度はキャンピングカー滞在で行きたいと思います。

練塘古鎮不可多得的寶藏民宿！！衞生：預訂的時候看到是民宿，對衞生情況還有擔憂。到房間了以後，發現完全是多慮了，整體乾淨敞亮很舒適，環境：民宿位置位於古鎮的盡頭，環境清幽，喜靜的朋友表示終於可以享受週末了。（空氣也格外的清新，老闆還推薦我們前往離民宿不遠的青西郊野公園（景色很美））民宿離陳雲故居很近，不行就可以到達服務：這家民宿不僅僅提供住宿，還有餐飲。我們幾乎一日三餐都會在這裏解決，老闆還會給我們介紹練塘古鎮的歷史、名人事蹟等等。不僅味蕾得到了滿足，身心還獲得了文化薰陶，可謂是一舉兩得。

五一假期，當時這家還是0評分0評價，網上可以搜到的訊息也很少，有點忐忑但就想找一個不出上海但能躺平的地方，於是就定了試試看，結果是超預期的哈哈哈，一句話概括【房間雖然樸素但是乾淨，環境優美小動物可愛，服務員很親切】 ①房間，我傳了很多圖，你看這房間就是這麼樸素，但是實際看床品乾淨，反正房間裏也就是睡覺的，平時都躺在草坪上河邊 ②環境:那是真的好，客棧範圍內有大草坪，有動物（小兔子，羊，鸚鵡，鴨子，貂？，黑大鵝，白大鵝，孔雀），有綠樹，有河邊，有很好看的餐廳，躺在樹蔭裏的鞦韆上真舒服 ③飯:提前聯繫老闆看菜單訂飯，好吃的，特別是這個清真鱸魚，鮮嫩美味！還有豆腐煲也很贊。第二天一早還看到店家在殺胖頭魚，也想嚐嚐不過吃不下了嘖嘖嘖 ④哦！餐廳門口的話真的是！高級的環境往往衹需要簡單的裝飾！哈哈哈 ⑤老闆！這個鞦韆的響聲太難聽啦！趕緊加點潤滑油哈哈哈哈！

Sepanjang sepuluh tahun yang lalu, dia dan saya telah berkembang bersama, menjadi lebih baik dan lebih baik, dan menjadi lebih menawan. Hotel ini terletak di No. 589 Fuxing East Road, Daerah Huangpu, bersebelahan Stesen Metro Laoximen dan Stesen Metro Yuyuan. Sangat mudah untuk berjalan kaki dan menaiki pengangkutan awam. Apabila masa tidak sibuk, anda boleh berjalan-jalan ke Bund dan rasai ***a ***a Shanghai di bandar ini. RRiiyaaSummarize in short : they should keep this place only for Chinese speaker, not recommend for traveller with other languages. Base from my true experiences, I booked here the night before traveling to Shanghai. Once I check out from hotel in Guangzhou, front desk lady help me called reception at Shanghai Novotel Hotel Chuansha to ask if they can pick me and my partner at Pudong Airport as they advertised for a complimentary shuttle bus. The lady at Novotel cannot speak English so I passed to the front desk lady in Guangzhou and got to know that I have to book a shuttle bus a day ahead. I accepted this because I read info, just have hope if they could help customer with this, anyway I flew to Shanghai and went hotel by myself. On the way to Shanghai, I still have hope that receptionist at NOVOTEL will be able to speak English. When I arrived there, I met 3 receptionists and NONE OF THEM CAN SPEAK ENGLISH. We had a tough time to communicate. I have my own language and English, also broken Chinese but we still not understand each other. I had to call a friend of mine in Taiwan to speak Chinese to them. Again, I wanted to book a shuttle bus to Disney land for the next day and they ask me to have a Wechat app to see a detail and communicate. Since I do not have China mainland mobile number so I cannot make a Wechat work on my phone. My ********* friend still help me out with this. At that time, another lady came, seem like she work for shuttle bus thing. I do understand that Chinese tone of voice always loud but I cannot see mercy on her face. She consisted that we still need a Wechat. One lady there said, I have to take a taxi without Wechat even though the hotel provided us a free shuttle bus to Disneyland. At this point I a little upset as there is no choice that they can call or set me a time for my travel, _ucking asked me to take a taxi. I do not mind to pay for taxi but we have never been here so we worry about other unexpected factor could happen. Further more, I went there on my girlfriend birthday to celebrate her birthday. I decided to take it here a last minute and I asked if they could have a card written Happy Birthday to her. Only I know is ”NO CARD, NO CARD!!!! bad service mind ever, disappointed and felt give up with Novotel Yes, I picked NOVOTEL because I really hope they provided international services. I was a member of ACCOR PLUS and experienced such good services but since I experienced here, I am a failure. I actually have 2 more nights in Shanghai after 2nights here. I was thinking to move out all the time because me and my partner felt suffocate with a service. I do not talk to them anymore as it is useless T___T I even tried with my broken Chinese but I cannot feel that they put an effort to serve their guesses. No bellboy, air-conditioning at public area is pretty warm. To be honest, the place is good, bed is comfy and we tired from playing things in Disney land park so I extended to book for one more night then I do not need to rush for checking out. I went reception floor, this time a girl with glasses, seem kind and she is fluent in English help me check in for my last night here :) Whole time staying here I kept my mouse shut because don't want to feel unpleasant anymore and I feel like the robot that delivery food downstairs is working better than human lol. Eventually, I did tried until I can log into Wechat to found that the text were written in Chinese only. I still can travel with a hotel shuttle bus even I do not read thing on Wechat (我看不懂) 😔 I definitely won't be back here even things are good. Hotel is providing everything we needed which is good but they should hire people who able to speak English or people who able to use translate on google and else to communicate as they open for the whole world guess. Not only Chinese on earth but also another language exists. Last thing, key of hospitality is ”SERVICE MIND”

SStevenBvlgari Unable to travel over the festive season, I decided to treat myself to a few days in a local hotel. What other choice was there, other than the Bvlgari? Prior to my arrival I received a call from the hotel. They confirmed my arrival time, made dinner reservations for me, added me to WeChat and offered me any other help that I required. Upon arrival I was greeted by Eva. She checked me in and immediately offered me a late check out time of 14:00. This was extended further on the final day to 16:00. Fantastic! More time to relax by the pool and in the sauna. Having checked me in, Eva gave me a tour of the property. The Bvlgari is stunning!From the stylish restoration of the Chamber of Commerce building to the sleek, modern interior of the main building. The Bvlgari is located in an excellent position by Suzhou Creek. It offers dazzling views of Lujiazui , the Huangpu River and the rear of The Bund. Perhaps one of the best views in the city. Of course, the room was magnificent. Huge TV, super comfortable bed, walk-in wardrobe and a wide selection of drinks and snacks, most of which were complimentary. I especially thought the pillow mist was a nice touch. In addition to the welcome snacks, Eva brought me a desert from their little cabin outside. A delicious Italian, vanilla donut- like desert. Good job I didn’t have lunch that day. I dined at both the Italian and Chinese restaurants. Both of which offer amazing food. The Italian presents simplistic fare with the emphasis on fresh ingredients. The vegetable broth and specialty bread is to die for. The Chinese restaurant offers high quality Cantonese food and an alternative wine selection to that in the main building. Le Mer products are used in the spa! Yes, this is fantastic. My therapist, Daisy, had me in the state of being between consciousness and unconsciousness many times during the course of my treatment. Just what I was looking for. The staff at the Bvlgari are excellent. Young, professional and obviously well trained, evident through their subject knowledge and warm hearted service. All the staff consistently addressed me by name and ensured that my stay was perfect. Whilst at the bar, one of the girls presumed I was asking for the bill, when actually I was asking for another drink. I left to visit the WC and returned to find a note apologizing for her misunderstanding of English accompanying a complimentary desert with my drink. That was amazing! Thank you, Elsker. It’s often the small things that make a difference. Whilst walking to my room one of the room attendants was vacuuming the carpet. She abruptly stopped and waited for me to pass. Whilst at the pool, I headed towards the jacuzzi. Some of the staff appeared to be fixing or checking something, but they swiftly disappeared as I emerged. Upon checkout, Eva was waiting for me with a gift bag containing chocolates. This was in addition to the luggage tags and toiletries that were gifted by the turn down service the previous night. Eva called me a car to take me home. Whilst I waited she filled my gift bag with sweets from the huge jars of confectionery in the lobby. As the doorman approached to let me know my car had arrived, he also presented a small gift of Bvlgari toiletry products. What an amazing experience.! Truly remarkable. I will definitely return and I’ll be adding locations in Paris, London, Bali and Milan to my list of places to visit. Thank you to the entire Bvlgari team. From those excellent customer facing members of staff to those who are behind the scenes and make things run so well. You all do a fantastic job and I wish you all the greatest success on the future. Ms Vanessa and all front desks staff were very accommodating, We had a great dinner at Estilo restaurant, staff were great! food was delicious! especially the steak was perfectly cooked as requested. DDKWThe hotel’s location is very convenient for anyone who wants to fly out from Hongqiao airport; it only takes a few minutes to walk over there. The service provided is very good. Essentials such as Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, toothbrush and toothpaste are provided. I booked a room with breakfast included, which was a great choice. The breakfast buffet has tons of options to choose from. Staff are friendly and helpful. Srui Tong arranged found a room with a window for my stay. The room is very clean and quiet ; Two complimentary bottle water are provided. I had a nice stay, will be back soon.

TTrippin’Great experience from check in to check out.. Breakfast buffet available. Great fitness, spa, and swimming pool area that all opens at 8a (late for a fitness area since we like early morning workouts). The from desk staff very organized and accommodating. Room service and other dining options throughout the day available. Perfect location to walk to the Jing’An area and even Kerry Centre. Easy pick up cabins for meituan. Will stay again if I make another appointment.

RRonakLocation is pretty remote-difficult to get around the area without a car as no bikes available in this region of the island. The resort itself was fantastic but only one gate was available to leave which made it awkward, food is very expensive in the restaurant and activities were limited at this time of the year. On the plus side, breakfast was excellent, the walkways within the resort were awesome and hotel shuttle service to get around the resort is great too. Great resort for families and especially if you have a car! I would stay again, but probably get a driving license first 😂.

If you are visiting Shanghai and need to wait for an afternoon flight/train, the checkout time will make your trip back more comfortable. Thank you to Wang Jie for the amazing service and for also upgrading my room for free (from 2nd floor to 12th floor) ❤️ ❤️ I highly recommend this hotel.

Aarny_lifePerfect location to enjoy Shanghai’s river view (make sure you reserve River View rooms!!) and LOVE the complete gym facilities and big swimming pool! If you’re the type of person who loves to stay active during vacation, this is definitely the hotel to be! The only downside is that the room looks a little old (maybe the carpet? Or the hair-dryer?), bathtub is smaller than usual, and no big sofa to sit on. I booked a Queen Bed - River View room and there was only one chair with leg-rest. Also, I couldn’t get a higher floor room despite making a request upon reservation and it was a Thursday night. Nevertheless, the view is still amazing! And of course, you can always go to Vue Bar (half price entrance for in-house guests) to see better views! Totally recommend it if you plan to stay in Shanghai!
