The staff here are very friendly, but I think the biggest difficulty is communicating with them in English. However, they made a great effort to understand our requests. The service is perfect, the breakfast is decent, and the room is clean with a beautiful view. I forgot some belongings in the room and am now back in Vietnam, so I am not sure how to contact the hotel. Anyway, thank you for providing me with an excellent experience. Translate: 这里的员工非常友好，但我认为最大的困难是用英语与他们交流。不过，他们非常努力地理解我们的要求。服务非常完美，早餐不错，房间干净，景色优美。我把一些东西忘在了房间里，但现在我已经回到越南，不知道该如何联系酒店。无论如何，非常感谢你们为我提供了极好的体验。

Staying here was pretty good, nothing special. I only chose to stay here due to the Reggio Emilia Conference. I loved the breakfast. For me that was the best feature of my stay. My room was adequate, always clean and comfortable. The bed was.comfortable, too. I only have two complaints. The bathtub didn't keep the water in and the heater's him was too loud. I couldn't sleep properly so I was left feeling tired after waking up. Other than that, the hotel was fine. It was a great location for the conference, though.

The facilities were clean, the staff were very friendly and were determined to make everyone’s stay comfortable. Despite the inconvenience, im so grateful for the in-room dining and I’ve become accustomed to it during my time at sheraton jiading hahaha

The hotel is always clean and the front desk staff are very helpful. We had a situation with our room window and the front desk were very accommodating in moving us to another room. This hotel is also contracted with Emirates Airlines for their cabin crews which says a lot for the standards and amenities.

每次來上海都住在由由酒店，這次一家人就選擇了公寓。房間不算大，但是很緊湊，五臟俱全的。有簡單的廚房設備可以煮個咖啡，熱個早餐啥的。服務很好，上海太熱我們躲在房間裏沒出門，打掃房間的工作人員就很暖心的打電話過來，問何時方便打掃。因為開放式廚房有水池，有地漏的味道，跟她説了也幫我們處理了。缺點就是，公寓有點老，設施陳舊，電源插頭比較少，還有就是地漏反味。

Our trip was really great! The hotel so clean and peaceful, the staff was very helpful and friendly and our room was beyond expectations. Our room was huge, very comfortable and above all very clean. The only downside was that the air quality was not that great, it was very dry and stuffy. I would definitely recommend staying at the Sheraton for a nice tranquil stay in Chongming!
