Hotel Shanghai dengan Spa

Easily one of my favorite hotels in Shanghai. Service is top tier and very friendly. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The meticulously decorated bathrooms are an exceptional addition. The mini bar… heaven! Didn’t get to have breakfast but will definitely be coming back.

This was honestly one of the most memorable hotel stays we have ever experienced. We stayed at The Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, Pudong to celebrate my girlfriend’s 23rd birthday during our first trip to Shanghai together, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations from beginning to end. Before arrival, Assistant Guest Recognition Manager Yana Ivleva kindly communicated with us by email and thoughtfully helped arrange everything for the celebration. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel welcomed even before we arrived at the hotel. The room decoration, birthday cake, handwritten card, flowers, and beautiful Bund view created such a special atmosphere for us. Every detail felt thoughtful and heartfelt rather than simply formal hotel service. The hotel itself was also outstanding — the room condition, cleanliness, facilities, swimming pool, and especially the incredible night view of Shanghai were all amazing. Flair Rooftop Bar was also a wonderful experience for enjoying the skyline and atmosphere. What impressed us the most, however, was the hospitality. Yana and the staff truly made this stay unforgettable for us, and thanks to them, our first trip to Shanghai became a memory we will cherish for a very long time. We are sincerely grateful to The Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, Pudong and will absolutely look forward to returning again in the future.

Exceptional Stay – True Five-Star Experience at Its Finest I had a wonderful stay at The Peninsula Shanghai, and it truly exceeded expectations in every aspect. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff were warm, attentive, and highly professional, consistently going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and seamless experience. Every interaction felt genuine and thoughtful, reflecting the highest standards of hospitality. The room was beautifully designed, spacious, and extremely well-maintained. The attention to detail was impressive—from the luxurious bedding to the advanced in-room technology, everything was carefully curated for both comfort and convenience. The hotel facilities were equally outstanding. The ambiance throughout the property is elegant and refined, and the location along the Bund offers stunning views and easy access to key attractions in Shanghai. Dining was also a highlight, with excellent service and high-quality food. The overall experience—from check-in to check-out—was smooth, relaxing, and memorable. This is a true five-star hotel that delivers on both luxury and service. I would highly recommend The Peninsula Shanghai and would definitely return on my next visit.

Banyan was an absolute treat for my first SH trip. Soon after I checked in, I realized my luggage lock was broken and got stuck and couldnt open. But the wonderful hotel staff Deslin quickly assisted by calling an offsite technician and he was able to solve it. She was extremely helpful and professional and made sure I didnt get too anxious or upset to ruin my trip. I felt so grateful and amazed by the hospitality here at Banyan. Building itself was so beautiful and smelled nice everywhere! Tales roof top bar was esteem as well. 5/5 stars. Would def revisit with my parents next time! Thank you again Deslin and Banyan team💕

Penginapan yang Menyembuhkan di H+ Hotel dengan Perhatian Terhadap Perincian dan Sarapan Penginapan di H+ Hotel ini jauh melebihi jangkaan saya, layak mendapat pujian yang tinggi! Pertama sekali, perkhidmatannya sempurna. Daripada sambutan mesra semasa ketibaan hinggalah peringatan yang bernas semasa berlepas, setiap langkah membuatkan saya berasa selesa. Kakitangan kaunter penerimaan tetamu sangat profesional dan responsif, membuatkan saya rasa dihargai. Kemudahan hotel adalah baharu dan bersih, dan reka bentuk biliknya ber***a, bukan ***a hotel yang ringkas. Satu lagi perkara yang perlu diberi perhatian ialah rak tuala yang dipanaskan di bilik mandi; perincian kecil sebegini benar-benar meningkatkan kesejahteraan seseorang. Bilik ini juga mempunyai mesin kopi dan cerek, yang sangat mudah untuk seseorang seperti saya yang tidak boleh hidup tanpa kopi dan air panas. Sarapan pagi sememangnya satu bonus! Kepelbagaiannya sangat menakjubkan, dengan pilihan Barat dan Cina. Bukan sahaja terdapat pastri dan roti Barat yang lazat, tetapi juga hidangan Cina yang panas, seperti telur hancur dan bebola daging—jauh daripada sarapan pagi hotel yang biasa. Cef juga menyediakan beberapa hidangan di lokasi dan secara proaktif bertanya tentang pilihan mereka, menunjukkan perhatian yang tinggi. Secara keseluruhannya, ia adalah penginapan yang sangat menyenangkan. Sama ada untuk perjalanan perniagaan atau percutian santai, H+ Hotel merupakan pilihan yang tepat.

The hotel is beautiful, situated right on the bund. The breakfast is good and the beds are comfortable. My family and I were travelling through China for 4 weeks, and I booked this place for 4 nights, we usually like to stay in places where we can do laundry, here we had to use an outsourced business to get our laundry done as there are no laundry facilities close by and it would have cost us $500 aud to get our laundry done through the hotel. Just something to be mindful of if you are travelling with a family. However in saying that, the process of outsourcing was only made possible because of the assistance given by the hotel. I’m glad we booked it, the experience overall was great.

Saya mencari lama sebelum datang ke Shanghai dan akhirnya memilih Andaz Xintiandi, dan saya tidak kecewa! Jeff, penyambut tetamu meja depan, sangat bersemangat untuk mendaftar masuk dan memperkenalkan kemudahan hotel! Bilik itu sangat bersih dan kanak-kanak sangat gembira. Sarapan di hotel ini juga sangat lazat. Wafel a la carte, muffin dan telur Benedict semuanya indah dan lazat.

Pengalaman penginapan yang sangat, sangat memuaskan Reka bentuknya sangat baik, dan peralatan tempat tidur, bekalan, pemandangan dan ***a hiasan semuanya terkemuka. Sebaik sahaja anda memasuki W, terdapat haruman memori uniknya Apa yang anda lihat di hadapan anda adalah persembahan cita rasa pereka, dan apa yang anda dengar di telinga anda adalah lagu berirama, yang membuatkan orang berasa gembira dan santai. meninggalkan memori perjalanan yang tidak dapat dilupakan dan mendalam! Persekitaran sarapan pagi juga luar biasa, dengan pelbagai jenis makanan, yang sangat sesuai untuk mendaftar masuk dan mengambil gambar. Kaca partition di sebelah tab mandi boleh dilaraskan kepada mod kalis cahaya, yang memberikan rasa privasi Reka bentuk ini sangat bagus berbaring dan tidur sehingga subuh.

Extremely good service by the staff in Conrad Shanghai. The receptionist upgraded our room, and offered complimentary breakfast along with gifts. One of the staff, Diana also kindly assisted us with restaurant reservations. Very warm service by Conrad always! The room was beautiful too. However, we had to always wait really long for the lifts since there were only a few lifts serving many guests/staff, and the lifts were always extremely crowded and packed which made it quite unpleasant. Nonetheless, overall a great hotel!

I’m so glad I chose the Mehood Elegant Hotel. It was the perfect location — close to everything, not too crowded, yet not too remote either. I traveled solo with my 14-month-old toddler, and he was absolutely spoiled by all the hotel staff. Everyone treated us with so much kindness and care. Jerry checked us in and out and even gave me a cute fridge magnet. The breakfast was delicious with so many options to choose from, the rooms were cleaned daily, and bottled water was always replenished. Xiao Jun also took great care of us, and Yinhe Juan felt like an auntie to us. We looked forward to seeing them every morning at breakfast. They all made my stay feel so warm and welcoming — truly like a home away from home. I’m incredibly grateful for their hospitality, and if I ever find myself back in Shanghai again, I’ll definitely be booking Mehood. PS: the view from my room was incredible!
