Hotel Shanghai dengan Spa

Saya tidak tahu banyak tentang hotel Shanghai. Saya mencarinya di Ctrip untuk masa yang lama, berfikir bahawa saya akan salah Tetapi saya dan anak perempuan saya sangat berpuas hati dengan hotel ini Bund, dan ia sangat mudah untuk dimakan. Saya masih akan memilihnya apabila saya datang ke Shanghai pada masa hadapan.

Saya menempah bilik keluarga. Keperluan harian yang bersih diisi semula setiap hari. Terdapat juga peti sejuk kecil yang boleh menyimpan air dan buah-buahan. Jika anda perlu menambah sesuatu, hubungi sahaja bilik tetamu dan ia akan dihantar serta-merta. Terdapat robot penghantaran kecil yang comel. Terdapat pelbagai jenis sarapan yang disediakan oleh hotel, sentiasa ada yang anda suka. Apa yang paling saya suka ialah hotel ini mempunyai bilik dobi dan gim. Saya menggunakan perkhidmatan dobi dan pakaian itu dikeringkan dengan segera di dalam pengering. Saya memakai pakaian bersih setiap hari dan menyimpan pakaian bersih. Di seberang hotel adalah stesen kereta api bawah tanah, yang sangat mudah untuk pergi ke mana-mana. Terima kasih kepada Yimo dan Yunling atas perkhidmatan mereka, serta kakitangan perkhidmatan yang lain, yang sangat bersemangat dan sabar. Saya akan memilih untuk datang ke sini semula apabila saya datang ke Shanghai pada masa akan datang.

A special shout out to our butler, Ms. Penny. Thanks for your warm welcome and kind arrangement. We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel location is strategic, and the view of the bund was breathtaking. We enjoyed our breakfast very much, sumptuous selection. Thank you Bellagio by MGM and the crew for making our stay wonderful.

I recently stayed at the Crystal Orange Hotel and had a great experience. The staff was super friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. I had a small issue with my room, but they quickly offered me another one, dispite of my booking being wrong. The room was spotless, and the cleaning staff did a great job every day. Everything was fresh, from the linens to the bathroom, and I felt really comfortable throughout my stay.The service was top-notch. The staff always checked in to make sure I had everything I needed, and the restaurant staff was quick and polite. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. I’ll be back for sure!

I stayed at the Maixinge Hotel with my wife and 2 young children. We booked a ”Parent-Child room” which fits all of us. The room amneties are sufficient for our needs. All hotel staffs are caring and helpful. We have lost our baby stroller during a transit in Hongkong, and desperately needed to get one knowing we will be having long day trips in Ocean Park, Disneyland and museums. A hotel staff in the night shift has patiently helped me to select and order a stroller from online market place in affordable price. We managed to get it within 1 hour after we placed the order. I wouldn't know how I could resolve this issue without their help. Two days later my son was having a fever in the middle of an evening. The hotel staff helped us again to order children's medication and we got it within an hour. In all other small details, the hotel staff has played important role to our vacation quality and we are impressed by how they responded to us despite of some language difficulties. We used the shuttle bus provided by the hotel to go to the Disneyland. There are a lot of eating places serving Chinese food nearby the hotel which is not a problem for people like myself (South East Asian non-muslim). A subway station is located within a 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel. I am glad that I have stayed in Maixinge International Hotel during my vacation in Shanghai. 5-stars from me without a hesitation ☆☆☆☆☆

The room was amazing with a stunning view. On the whole it was a fantastic stay but there were one or two issues- 1. The yoga mats in the gym were filthy. And 2. I was bothered on a few occasions by cleaners or people coming to knock on the door e.g.the cleaner came inside the room even though I said it was too late and I didn't want the room to be cleaned now. It was around 5pm and no one had cleaned the room during the day, but by that time I was ready to relax. There was a language barrier so she just came in and started replacing snacks and drinks and tried to start cleaning up in the bathroom and I had to ask her to leave. I noticed before I left that there was a button for 'do not disturb' but it wasn't obvious so it would be good for the staff to mention that when showing you to your room. I also think it's a good idea for them to have a book with information regarding the restaurant, gym, spa etc.etc. there's some info on the TV but it isn't very detailed.

It was a great experience in there, Just if there could be a bit more English present ”(such as the Breakfast Menu) it would be more International traveler friendly. The service was spot on.
