交通が大変便利、ホテルの近く食事できる店がたくさんあります。デリバリーしたものは、ロボットで運んでくださり、ホテル内の5階に、足マッサージなどもあり、大変満足でした。

Service are really great ! Staff very friendly and so helpful. Really appreciate it. Room is new and very clean with good auto control system. Love the shower hot water ! Location is good just opposite the stadium with 3-5mis walking distance. Food & shopping just around the area. Highly recommended! My choice of hotel. It makes me really happy to stay here.

Pros: price, actual hot water in both bath and shower (this is hit and miss in China- often get lukewarm water), clean bedding, working thermostat (last hotel my room never got really warm), comfy plush slippers. Cons: while the shower and tub were first glance clean, I had to clean off some kind of glue off the bottom of the tub before using it. The carpet is in desperate need of replacing. The room was a bit dusty along the bar and under the water kettle, water kettle needs some proper descaling. Lastly, the hand soap package required scissors to open it, which is annoying.

Great service with fruit snacks for the hot summer. Staffs are friendly. International breakfast available for travellers with different appetites. Environment is quiet and good for business travellers.

Its quite difficult to find the entry when you arrive from the nearby subway stations, and once inside, you get surprised to find such a place in Shanghai downtown. The room was clean and perfect, and the installation seems to be quite okay. I did not tried the breakfast, but I guess it should be fine. The only but for this hotel is the location, about 10 minutes walk from any subway station.

Highly recommended! Hassle free check in at night. Friendly and very smiley faces. High standards of hospitality. Serving tea every time while inquiring at the lobby. Clean and very comfortable bedrooms. Very satisfied. It’s a bonus that the Tv in Atour, can be Airplay easily. With laundry and gym room free use. 24hrs. Located away from town but it’s fine .Quiet.

We stayed here in Jan 2024 and they accepted foreigners. Reception was super helpful when checking in, helped us get our luggage after a delayed plane. Overall the people were all very friendly and welcoming. Facilities were very clean, our room was perfect and no smoke smell. location is nearby to many restaurants and convenience stores. Only a 20 minute ride into downtown area. Good stay at a budget price, would recommend.

I booked this hotel because it was conveniently located near our office, it had free parking and by the limit of the traffic restricted area for non-local cars, to have a smooth drive out of the city after work. Nice room, good noise insulation, very accommodating staff.
