設施：很齊全，應有盡有，周邊餐飲便利店也很方便 衞生：衞生很乾凈，非常不錯 環境：在川沙主街上，交通便利，離地鐵站很近 服務：老闆娘服務超級好，非常熱心，值得推薦！

Good location for 1 day stay when transferring via Shanghai Pudong International airport. But a bit difficult to find a gate of hotel... No sign, no hotel name outside...

房間舒服，比較乾淨。拿房間時大堂會給洗漱用品，還有冰箱。早上7:10分大巴車去迪士尼，晚上22:10回，路程大概25-30分鐘，送機最遲8點到機場、路程是25分鐘。大堂有免費的咖啡，還有製冰機，可以加冰塊，有熱水，有免費礦泉水和鹽汽水。工作人員都比較nice。離地鐵站較近，川沙站，1號口出，左轉，一直走到全季，後過馬路，就在全季旁邊。周圍方便，樓下就有葯店、各種吃的，有麥當勞肯德基。

因為是去年開業的所以房間內的東西都很嶄新，前台服務態度超級好！房間乾淨沒有異味，床還大，還有小冰箱，尤其是衞生間的化粧鏡有補光效果，這對女生男生化粧都起到一個很自然光的效果，附近外賣挺多，很快就送來了，不會讓肚子餓得慌...酒店後面還有肯德基和麥當勞，都是24小時營業的，有接機和迪士尼的班車接送，接機的話需要提前一天打電話和前台約好時間，以及迪士尼的話也是在前台提前一天預約，這對於大學生來説體驗感巨舒服！

The room did not look like pictures , it smelled of cigarette (no smoking room) and the room itself is a bit run down. The staff at reception was nice and the room was clean enough. The price was too high for the room quality

我訂的是一間大床房 房間乾淨整潔 蠻大的 屬於那種簡潔的不花裏胡哨 前台是個漂亮小姐姐 很温柔哈哈哈 還送了小禮物 酒店是有電梯的 離古鎮很近 晚上可以散散步 房間裏面鏡子特別大 拍照很好看 特別喜歡 大廳裏面還放着防詐騙宣傳 特別到位 推薦推薦 還會再來住的

在**上買的迪士尼樂園的門票加酒店，預訂的這家，**上還要加好幾百，後來在攜程上又訂了一晚這家才二百多，感覺被某音坑了，自己訂不香？雖然離樂園還要20幾分鐘路程，但是酒店包接送還是挺不錯的，設施非常適合小孩子，非常卡哇伊，周圍還有商業綜合體，購物和外賣挺方便。

If you want a good and affordable hotel for your Shanghai trip, this is a very good hotel to book. The staff are very helpful and accommodated all our requests starting from airport pickup to extra pillows, and everything you can think of. I had a problem with my WeChat account and they even accommodated my request of communication via iMessage. They send a message for the details regarding Disneyland shuttle to and from the park so you will not be lost. They provided us daily with water bottles, as much as we would need. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options and the menu varied each day. There’s dumplings, congee, cereals, bread, chinese dishes, noodles, eggs, yogurt, and fresh fruits.The dining staff were very cute aunties and always made sure we were enjoying the food. Communication is easy as long as you have a mobile translator, and the front desk staff know enough english to communicate efficiently. Knowing some mandarin will help greatly during your stay. It’s a plus that it’s only a few minutes walk to the metro and a shopping mall with plenty of dining and shopping options. The surrounding area also featured supermarkets and different local restaurants as well as bakeries. It’s not in the city center which me and my family enjoyed since we like immersing in the local scene versus being surrounded by plenty of other tourists. Every major tourist attraction is accessible via the metro so the commute was convenient. On our last night which was New Year’s Eve, they gave us a complimentary foot soak with herbs in the room which was very relaxing. Upon checkout, they even gave us a gift of local snacks. It was an overall very pleasant experience. Highly recommend this hotel! I forgot to take photos of the hotel but the photos on their profile are accurate. I just attached a photo of one of my breakfasts during my stay.

Good hotel as per the price. Service could be improved. Location is nearby Metro. Nearby also you can find some food joints. I recommend to others.

Summarize in short : they should keep this place only for Chinese speaker, not recommend for traveller with other languages. Base from my true experiences, I booked here the night before traveling to Shanghai. Once I check out from hotel in Guangzhou, front desk lady help me called reception at Shanghai Novotel Hotel Chuansha to ask if they can pick me and my partner at Pudong Airport as they advertised for a complimentary shuttle bus. The lady at Novotel cannot speak English so I passed to the front desk lady in Guangzhou and got to know that I have to book a shuttle bus a day ahead. I accepted this because I read info, just have hope if they could help customer with this, anyway I flew to Shanghai and went hotel by myself. On the way to Shanghai, I still have hope that receptionist at NOVOTEL will be able to speak English. When I arrived there, I met 3 receptionists and NONE OF THEM CAN SPEAK ENGLISH. We had a tough time to communicate. I have my own language and English, also broken Chinese but we still not understand each other. I had to call a friend of mine in Taiwan to speak Chinese to them. Again, I wanted to book a shuttle bus to Disney land for the next day and they ask me to have a Wechat app to see a detail and communicate. Since I do not have China mainland mobile number so I cannot make a Wechat work on my phone. My ********* friend still help me out with this. At that time, another lady came, seem like she work for shuttle bus thing. I do understand that Chinese tone of voice always loud but I cannot see mercy on her face. She consisted that we still need a Wechat. One lady there said, I have to take a taxi without Wechat even though the hotel provided us a free shuttle bus to Disneyland. At this point I a little upset as there is no choice that they can call or set me a time for my travel, _ucking asked me to take a taxi. I do not mind to pay for taxi but we have never been here so we worry about other unexpected factor could happen. Further more, I went there on my girlfriend birthday to celebrate her birthday. I decided to take it here a last minute and I asked if they could have a card written Happy Birthday to her. Only I know is ”NO CARD, NO CARD!!!! bad service mind ever, disappointed and felt give up with Novotel Yes, I picked NOVOTEL because I really hope they provided international services. I was a member of ACCOR PLUS and experienced such good services but since I experienced here, I am a failure. I actually have 2 more nights in Shanghai after 2nights here. I was thinking to move out all the time because me and my partner felt suffocate with a service. I do not talk to them anymore as it is useless T___T I even tried with my broken Chinese but I cannot feel that they put an effort to serve their guesses. No bellboy, air-conditioning at public area is pretty warm. To be honest, the place is good, bed is comfy and we tired from playing things in Disney land park so I extended to book for one more night then I do not need to rush for checking out. I went reception floor, this time a girl with glasses, seem kind and she is fluent in English help me check in for my last night here :) Whole time staying here I kept my mouse shut because don't want to feel unpleasant anymore and I feel like the robot that delivery food downstairs is working better than human lol. Eventually, I did tried until I can log into Wechat to found that the text were written in Chinese only. I still can travel with a hotel shuttle bus even I do not read thing on Wechat (我看不懂) 😔 I definitely won't be back here even things are good. Hotel is providing everything we needed which is good but they should hire people who able to speak English or people who able to use translate on google and else to communicate as they open for the whole world guess. Not only Chinese on earth but also another language exists. Last thing, key of hospitality is ”SERVICE MIND”
