I’m sensitive to allergens, and the environment here has had me sneezing nonstop. Plus my AC in my room stopped working and my shower was lukewarm. On the positive side, the hotel staff is kind and accommodating. They showed me two alternative rooms to try to help, but both made me sneeze. I’ve stayed multiple times in another Atour hotel in Shanghai but thought I’d try this one due to the location. It is not nearly as clean. I hope they can fix the smell because it seems to be toxic and is such a shame.
