To tell this hotel is an easy 10/10 for me The closest to perfection, the front desks staff is SUPER NICE, SUPER FRIENDLY, SUPER HELPFUL The room is BREATHTAKING!!! SOOOO BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN, SMELLS SOOOO NICE, and dont even get me to the view at your room's doorstep, OMG super easy 10/10 The breakfast IS MINDBLOWING everything you can named were all there!!

Great location, helpful staff , wonderful place to stay . Everyone in our trip loves this place.

Very good service. Nice food and very good price. The location is great if you'd like to see Wangxian all day and night, you can take a lot of photos in the morning before the many many tourlist come. The room is comfortable and clean, good amenities. Recommend.

It’s very convenience to get into the hotel. The hotel offers free pick up from the tourist center. Staff can’t communicate in English but, no problem for using the Google translate. No deposit required. The hotel ask all guests to add WeChat for communicate while staying at the hotel. Our room quite large but, lots of dust all over the floor as there was a big construction behind our room. The hotel continued to built the new phases. There are lots of steps and quite a long walk from the hotel lobby to the room. The advantage for staying here, the hotel guest can enjoy taking photos before and after all the tourists gone. Variety of food for the breakfast buffet. Check in and check out quite quick and easy. The room rate is higher than the outside valley for triple but more convenience. Not much privacy as the hotel was one part of the valley, all the tourists can walk around the hotel too.

The location of this hotel is good as it is within the valley scenic area. the room that we booked was nice and clean with a good view. It was also near the food street and the main activity area. The valley was quite scenic (esp.night time when the whole vallley is lighted up), and the experience in the valley was good with many food stalls and cultural performances. The buffet breakfast spread was very good. Note that there is no laundry service. However, the hotel service needs improvement. When we arrived, the taxi was not allowed to drive to the hobby lobby, and we need to drag our luggage to the hotel reception from the entrance of the scenic area although it's not a long distance. My room was quite far from the hotel reception (10 min walk with many steps) , there was a hotel staff to guide us there. He was kind enough to help my wife with her luggage, but I can see that it was not a default service for them to help with the luggage as it was not mentioned by the reception to call them to help when checking out. The reception did not offer us the map of the whole vallley and make recommendations of what to do. We were a bit lost after we checked in to the room and had to walk up to the reception to get the map. Check out time was 12pm. But after breakfast, we came back to the room and found that we couldn't access the room with our card. We called the front desk, and they couldn't unlock it via the system and had to get a staf member to come to our room. Good thing that I bought the local SIM card and am able to call the front desk . If not, I will have to walk up to the reception to get this sorted out, and I had a train to catch! After checking out, I requested reception to call a taxi for us. To our surprise , she replied that they don't do that for guests. She asked us to call the car hailing service ourselves even after i told her we are not local and not familiar with the didi app. After repeated requests, she eventually helped us call a car. I'm not sure why she didn't offer assistance from the beginning. The experience would be better if the hotel could look into improving the areas that i have brought up.

The environment is quiet and nice, the room is clean, the service is good, the breakfast buffet serves a variety of local specialties. I enjoy my stay at xiansu.
