Shangri-La Moye Xingyu Designer Oxygen Manor

The owners of the villa were really welcoming and picked us up from the train station. They also gave us some free items exclusively from Shangri-la - thank you for such a hospitable welcome to our first time in Shangri-la! The villa was also exceptionally clean and overlooks a mountain. Beautiful scenery!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! Initially, I planned to stay for just one night, but the wonderful atmosphere convinced me to extend my stay for another night. The host provided a warm and exceptional welcome, making me feel right at home. I was even upgraded to a better room, which made the experience even more delightful. The view from the room was stunning, overlooking vast green meadows and snow-capped mountains. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, including an oxygen machine that made the stay even more comfortable. Traveling was also very convenient as the hotel is not far from the city center and the airport. For anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with breathtaking views, I highly recommend this place!

Had a wonderful stay here. The hotel had stunning views of the Yila grasslands/Napa Lake. There is a hillside pathway just a short walk from the hotel which leads you to an even better view of the surrounding areas. The hotel had horses, deers, and a Samoyed which you're free to interact with. Staff were very attentive and helpful from beginning to end. The dining area is in the adjacent building. The first floor is the restaurant and second floor is the cafe. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. Ingredients tasted fresh and portions were good. Coffee was made upon request with an espresso machine. The dining area had lots of windows to look out and enjoy the view. The room was modern and clean. Heated flooring, shower stall, and toilet seat were appreciated. Room had a large projection screen for media. The 270 degree panoramic view room was perfect, what a sight to wake up to! Note weather conditions are variable in Shangri-la and can change by the hour. Can be windy and raining for a couple hours and then transitions to bright sunny skies. May have to stay for a few nights to avoid disappointment. Finally the hotel offers free transfers to and from the airport/train station in a very comfortable van. Hotel staff called the day prior to make transportation arrangements; your experience may vary if you have an international number vs. mainland number so may have to proactively reach out. Overall this is a quiet and peaceful hotel with great amenities about 30 mins outside of the Shangri-la city area. I would come back again.

Good and clean facilities: the Homestay is also very well run by a good and reliable staff team who were attentive to our needs. Great job!

Room is clean and spacious and look exactly like what it is on their photos. Really love the morning view when we woke up and get to see the sunlight shining on the mountains. i believe it will be even beautiful when the mountain is covered with snow! Right now, they are servicing the Napa lake but you will get to see it when it is completed next year ! Service staff is friendly and this is one of the best breakfast we had during our stay in Yunnan. there are animals here which you can play with.

Accidentally left my wedding band in the hotel and the staff mailed it back to me all the way in Singapore 🥹 extremely grateful for their kind service 🥹🥹🥹
