It’s a simple hotel without lift but they do help with luggages to the room. It’s challenging when check out to bring it down though as the hotel staff is not there. Hotel is at the side of the town so easy to move around

Very good hotel located in the middle of the city .The hotel has three floors. The rooms are very nice with good amenites such as a heating floor, an oxigen machine, an electronic assistant (haha but you need to speak Chinese).The receptionists are polite and helpful and they even have a very cute cat. It is two minutes away from the main square. Recommended!

Highly recommended stay. The room was very spacious and clean and modern contemporary design. Perfect location which conveniently located just walking distance to the Dukezong ancient town and there’s many restaurants located nearby. Friendly and accommodating staffs that helps on arranging a tour for me and providing transportation services to high-speed railway station.

Well located bnb just few minutes walk to old town. Was very advanced despite being in a rural area, with smart fittings and even voice recognition!
Some issues were lack of lift to bring up and no air conditioning.
Howver, staff were very helpful to carry luggage up and help us on our tour plans! Even extended one additional day as there was too much to do in shangri la.
Good value for money, will definitely consider coming back again. Thx!

The hotel room was very spacious. Conveniently located close to the old town and just 10mins from train station. The staff was helpful in guiding us to book tours visiting places. Just a few door away is a Halal restaurant with friendly owner. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room looks like the same as photos on website. Clean, bright, modern. The hotel receptionist is helpful.
About the location - highly recommend to stay here. It’s just 1-2 mins walking to Yueguang Square, Guishan Park, Dafo Temple. Near here there are so many restaurants, cafe stores, and also near the bus station (Bus No.3 to go to Songzanlin Monastery). Opposite the hotel there is a store for renting electric bikes or electric-cars (u can use it to go to Napahai)
