Ulasan Shangri-La Yanxu Fuoxi Biyuan (Dukezong Ancient City Shop)

This is a best Hotel for our trip. we stayed at "Shangri-La Yanxu Fuoxi Biyuan (Dukezong Ancient City Shop)" for 3 nights. Hotel provide 1 trip of transportation to Hotel or via versa. Rooms are clean & warm. Hotel got ******* costume for guest to wear (Free of charge), & they come to help us for fitting and take group photo. This hotel near to Dafo Temple and Old Town.. nearby hotel got very tasty hotpot restaurant, got Micheline star (pls refer to photo). All staffs are very kind & helpful.. we're very enjoyed to stay at this hotel. :)

Very impressive hospitality of the staffs/owners team. The hotel is running by young generation team which has a really good understanding of how the service should be. They are also able to communicate with the English. They also provided an unlimited fresh prepared hot beverages for the guest at the lobby where you can ask for it all the time. Room price is value for money with the variety choices of breakfast, the best of all hotels we had during our trip. Hotel has a good decoration. Room is good but would recommend if they can improve the wet/dry seperation in the bathroom. Also, if they can have a warm bidet spray, it will be perfect!! Overall, we recommend to stay here.

Totally recommend everyone to stay here if you ever visit Shangri-La! The hosts were really nice and helpful. They helped us with the luggages and even helped us book a taxi to train station in the next day. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast is also provided in the morning as well which was great. Overall I had a wonderful time staying here, and definitely would come back!

Hotel is in a good location, only about 6-8 mins to reach the moonlight square, staff all are friendly and helpful. We are supported to check in early because our train arrived Shangrila so early. We feel happy in general

The hotel location is located 5 minutes walk to the main crowded town. The place is quiet for a good sleep. Hotel staffs are very friendly , welcoming you with drinks and treats on your arrivals. They can arrange a 1 time free pick up or send off to airport or train station when you request. 阿方, the hotel staff has help me alot during my trips on transport arrangements to all the sightseeing. The room provide free oxygen supply if you have any altitudes sickness and also have free winter jackets and traditional custom to wear if you need. The room is cosy and all the facilities and toiletries are well provided. Hot showers and the room floor are also well heated when the weather is cold during winter and early spring. I was there on April and night time is cold. There is also free morning breakfast, all day coffee and tea provided. Most staffs can speak and understand English which is good for tourists who don't speak well Mandarin. Many thanks to all the friendly and approachable staffs, especially to 阿方 and the lady cleaner who found back my sunglasses and immediately return to me on the last day of my departure. Will stay again and recommend my friends if ever I come back again for holidays.. 😊

The facilities are good. The room is very warm. The staff is very nice and supportive. My friend forgot her bag when coming to train station and the staff helped her to call taxi deliver her bag without fee. Nice hotel 🙂

The stay is more than 5 stars. Staffs are friendly and super helpful. Most touching part is that we never mentioned our arrival time to Shangri-la but they detailed enough to keep contact with us and guide us on the transport from station to hostel just after we arrived to Shangri-la station from Kunming. Simple breakfast but very satisfying. You can get a very lovely and warming smile from each of them every morning, which is so so so cheerful for the start of the day. Thank you for keeping us warm during the cold weather :)

We had a wonderful stay here, and the BnB staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. The daily breakfast selection was great too. Location is very convenient as well. Would recommend to anyone visiting Shangrila!

We stay here for 2 days. Staffs are very friendly and welcoming. Room is clean and the floor is heated. Even though the weather outside was very cold and dry, the room was warm and cozy. Highly recommend!

Our stay was comfortable from the moment we walked up to the front trying to find the hotel and were greeted in the street for the staff to collect our bags. We were then given traditional ******* scarves around our neck and served tea and biscuits as our bags were taken to our room. The garden as you enter is beautifully sweet and the vibe of the hotel is chill and friendly. The staff were so welcoming and accepting of us, showed us all the features of the room, and provided us a free upgrade to a bigger room to accommodate our large luggage. The sky light above the bed is just perfection. In the morning breakfast is served in the cosy communal area and the staff even presented us with a traditional ******* knot. We absolutely loved it here, have now made friends with the staff and would recommend anyone to stay here.
