Extremely good accommodation within the Dukezong Old Town. The owners are extremely friendly and kind towards us. They pick us up from the front gate to their hotel and back once we left too. Managed to help us book a bus ticket as well as secured a scooter for use around town. Rooms were very big and new, very well suited for long stay. Highly recommended!

Very well decorated and well equipped hotel. It comes with all the necessary amenities, consumables, and even has one oxygen tank in their lobby for those who need some extra oxygen. We got a decent family room. The only drawback is the poor design of its bathroom floor, which makes the water keep staying on the floor, without flowing out through the drain. The location of the hotel is great. There are restaurants, shops, supermart, within walking distance. The Dukezong ancient town is also just within proximity, thus you can visit the ancient town by just walking from the hotel.

We are a foreign couple who don’t speak Mandarin but the service here is superb! We can communicate with the staffs (thru helps from some app of course) but what’s more important is the staffs’s kindness and willingness to help. We are very impressed, thanks everyone! Room was very good too, cozy and lovely, clean and very well maintained with some cool tech. Comfortable bed and very spacious restroom. I love the free coffee, it’s delicious! And the staffs were super helpful trying to explain to us. We couldn’t thank enough for this. Thank you, and we look forward to revisit the place again.

I have nothing but great things to say about my stay here. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was warmly welcomed with drink and snacks. What was unique - they had three sets of toiletries to choose from. My family could choose the one they like. Room was clean and big enough for the 4 of us. There were also complimentary fruits, snacks and goodnight dessert. When I asked for where I could do my laundry, my dedicated ‘butler’ was quick to offer that they do them for me and they were promptly handed back to me the following day. If I could rate them 10 stars I would 🤩. Their warmth and service was just great !

The bathroom is spacious, but there are disadvantages. The tile floor is very slippery. The shower and toilet spots are close to each other. The bathroom floor is not made in two levels to prevent wet floors from coming out of the shower area. The environment around the hotel is very good. Finding food to eat in the morning is close to the hotel. Walk to the ancient city for about 1 km. Enough to exercise.

Absolutely incredible experience - it’s more than just a hotel with stunning views of the grassland and mountains! Pros - - the hotel is home to many adorable animals, which you can give free pets and even feed. Even if you don’t particularly enjoy animals, they surely liven the place and provide the perfect backdrop for your grassland landscape pic - the room was well furnished with marshall speakers, apelles supply, Dyson hairdryer, humidifier, room heater, and an oxygen generator and tube. It was also impeccably clean even for someone with abit of OCD. I must say the facilities surpassed most of the 5-star hotels I’ve stayed in. - there’s a free ******* clothing photography experience which you can opt for - convenient location which is about a 10-minute drive away from the city and a 5-minute drive away from the nearest horse-riding park - and most importantly what completes this experience was the butlers. The service was top notch! They were extremely attentive, friendly, and accommodating. From the welcome snacks to the tour of the room, the friendly advice to prevent altitude sickness, the shuttle to horse-riding park, tweaking menu to suit dietary needs, serving warm milk at night, laundry service, and satisfying my curiosity by sharing about the city and local culture. They definitely went above and beyond to make the guests feel welcomed and ensure they have a great time. Thank you to all of you again! Cons - absolutely nothing. I hardly go at lengths to recommend a hotel as much as this but this is definitely a place one should visit. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Absolutely delightful experience! I booked this accommodation as my friend recommended. It was beyond our expectations. Food is great, the boss is warm hearted and easy going. My boyfriend was so happy that I booked this staying for our trip. We particularly love the doggie Da Er Duo. He’s such a nice little friend!! We miss him so much!
