Very well decorated and well equipped hotel.
It comes with all the necessary amenities, consumables, and even has one oxygen tank in their lobby for those who need some extra oxygen.
We got a decent family room.
The only drawback is the poor design of its bathroom floor, which makes the water keep staying on the floor, without flowing out through the drain.
The location of the hotel is great. There are restaurants, shops, supermart, within walking distance. The Dukezong ancient town is also just within proximity, thus you can visit the ancient town by just walking from the hotel.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Ganlo Inn.This is a very friendly family run B and B with a homely atmosphere. They provided excellent top notch service from our arrival to departure. The room was clean and the most spacious room during our whole 8 days trip in Yunnan. Heating was good in both the room and toilet. They also serve aromatic barista coffee. Location is ideal - not too inaccessible from the entrance to the old town but yet very convenientl and near all the restaurants and attractions. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to stay in the old town of Shangrila for a reasonable price and great experience.

The hotel is located at the eastern gate of the ancient city of Duquezon in Shangri-La. The Tesco Hotel is located in a convenient location, it is only 3 minutes away from the center of the ancient city. The main part of the B & B is a steel-mixed-earth structure to avoid the sound insulation of the traditional wood structure. Design philosophy is open, innovative, humane and functional, with emphasis on the functioning and spatial organization of the various areas and on the formal beauty of the structure itself. The design is simple and generous, and the space is clean and transparent. The room heating facilities are all water-heating. It is most suitable during the dry season of Shangri-La. There are rest, tea and recreational facilities in the public areas.

Owner is very responsive with my questions. The owner will fetch you at the Shangrila high speed railway station if you stayed for at least 2 nights. Nice and simple breakfast was provided, great thumb up for the lady who prepared the breakfast in early morning. They will carry your luggage to your room as the room is located at level 2 (by stair). We have also washed our cloth in their hotel lobby (with soap provided). Owner is very caring where they provided the oxygen provider to us in our room. Overall good experience.

We have gotten the suite, which comprised a king sized and queen sized beds. The room was spacious equipped with advanced tech such as xiaomi (akin to Siri/Google assistant) to control lighting and curtains.
It’s a pity that the room comes with only one toilet and one bathing area though a jacuzzi is also available along the two connecting rooms. Room was clean and pillow was fluffy.
Service was reasonable as we extended our stay. The hotel team helped to carry our luggage to the another room. Though the website did state complimentary transit services from hotel to station and vice versa, it was not offered to us. But during arrival, because our cab took us to the wrong hotel, they took effort to pick us from the wrong hotel to the right hotel.
Of course, its pet dog is a magnet to customer.
Overall, the stay was pleasant and I recommend to potential customers coming to ShangriLa.

這家客棧的位置特別好，就在古城裡麪，，很方便，客棧的建築風格獨具特色，古色古香，每一處細節都透露着歲月的韻味。好看鼠了！！！！！
房間簡直太讓我驚喜了！空間寬敞明亮，佈置得温馨又舒適。床鋪柔軟乾淨，睡上去就像躺在雲朵裏一樣，讓我每晚都能做個甜甜的美夢。房間裏的設施一應俱全，而且都非常新，看得出老闆很用心在維護。無論是空調、電視還是衞浴設備，使用起來都非常方便，沒有任何瑕疵。
不得不誇一誇客棧老闆，他們的服務態度簡直好到爆！老闆會帶着小黃去給你接行李，小黃瓜太太太乖了！！！！！而且給我們免費升級了房間，很晚也能來給弄熱水💗

Nice and cozy place to stay and a warm welcome from the host, this place is run by a family and really helpful with our luggage, book the trip and drop off to the airport.
The location is good for someone who has a car, walking distance 400-500m to the old town, nice decoration ******* style. 3 storey house, might not be good for the elderly with small and steep stairs, my mum was a bit struggling to walk up and down.
The bed is so comfy, floor heating and hot water.
Lovely food and cats!
Even though we were struggling with communication(I can't speak Chinese, and they can't speak English), we used the translation app for that and it went well.
PS. These days, the construction site nearby might make a noise in the early morning.

服務態度真的特別好啊，老闆很熱情，我感覺香格里拉的人都很熱情很好相處，像朋友一樣。
1️⃣我説我要拼車去梅里雪山，老闆直接送了我一瓶氧氣，我每次説不舒服他都會給我測血氧，店裡大廳有製氧機，可以隨時去吸。
2️⃣懶貓客棧的貓貓真的好多，好可愛好粘人，毛很順滑，一看就知道有在精心養育，老闆還給了我一根貓條讓我投喂，這跟去貓咖有什麼區別，好幸福啊！晚上回來還有黑貓迎接我。🐱
3️⃣我當時不會調那個暖氣，所以感覺有點冷，老闆給我拿了一條毛毯蓋，後來我發現暖氣可以調高，温暖多了。我去梅里雪山怕沖鋒衣不夠，老闆直接借了我一件羽絨服，真的好好！

總之下次我要是還來香格里拉的話我肯定還住這家店，不過不知道我的身體還支不支持我來高海拔地區了，因為我去完梅里雪山以後就開始生病了，現在在麗江人民醫院吊水。🥶

對了，這裏挺方便的，可以直接打車到門口，往前走就是月光廣場什麼的，逛古城很方便，打車出去吃飯也很方便。

We got a very good price staying here for a night. The location is great and easy to access all areas in the old town. The staffs were nice and helped us with luggages - need to send message to them via trip first.
Taxi fee is reasonable from railway station to old town and from old town to Songzanlin temple (not more than 20 Yuan). There are heaps of Tibet dressing shop available, many are dressed up walk around the city.

Very odd and not welcoming for foreign tourist. Very loud family and guests staying, rooms not soundproof, could not get a good night sleep. Would not recommend. Shower and toilet - Very odd set up, dangerous as you have to walk through the wet shower to use a toilet.

PPengguna TetamuChào cô chủ nhỏ và anh trai của cô chủ! Chúng tớ là 3 cô gái Việt Nam hài hước, đáng yêu và rất rất phiền phức đây. 🤭
Lúc đầu chúng tớ chọn khách sạn của các bạn chỉ đơn giản vì có view xịn nhìn phố cổ, nhưng cũng hơi ngại vì đã đọc được bình luận nói ông chủ (anh trai cô chủ nhỏ) khó tính, không thân thiện. Cho đến khi chúng tớ gặp được 2 bạn, thấy anh trai mặc áo báo hồng là chúng tớ không không nhịn được cười 🤣🤣. Và thật sự mọi người đã nhầm nhé. Anh ấy rất thích cười và thân thiện đấy, không có khó tính đâu. Chúng tớ còn đặt biệt danh trêu chọc cho anh ấy là “bad boy” 🫣😂.
Còn cô chủ nhỏ thì thật tuyệt vời, 1 người bạn tuyệt vời. Cảm ơn bạn đã giúp đỡ chúng tớ rất rất nhiều khi chúng tớ đến Lijiang chơi. Thật sự rất lấy làm tiếc khi chúng ta không có cách nào để liên lạc với nhau (chúng tớ không có WeChat) 🥹. Nhưng chúng tớ sẽ luôn nhớ đến bạn, nhớ đến khách sạn ấm áp, xinh đẹp của các bạn. 🥰

設施：很齊全，有加濕器，正好去的那天變天了晚上有點涼，用了加熱床墊。
環境：房間看出去的風景超級美，本來還想看個日落，不巧是陰天，民宿還有一衹看門小咪，太可愛啦。
服務：老闆服務超超超級好，入住當天老闆去納帕海附近接我們，晚上我們從古城出來下雨，老闆專門打來電話説不好打車去古城接我們，早上特別早退房還把我們送到高鐵站還給我們帶了熱乎乎的早點，民宿離車站機場古城都很近，真的非常方便！來香格里拉一定要住他家！！！

PPengguna Tetamu客棧距離古城有200多米非常近，抵達火車站直接搭公交很方便，老闆娘也有提供免費接站，原本訂的家庭房，老闆娘擔心我們休息不好就免費幫我們提升兩間大床房，房間暖和有暖氣，也很乾凈，老闆娘還提供了景點攻略，有興趣的可以直接問老闆娘，避免踩雷被坑，當時走得太急，忘記拍房間了，我們走之前還和老闆娘聊了很多，客棧都是老闆老闆娘親自經營的特別用心，來香格里拉玩的必須訂他們家！
