Excellent! The ambiance is fantastic, and the best part is the Bluetooth speaker in the room's ceiling. You can connect to it and start your late-night emo session or get the party going! Service: Excellent Hygiene: Excellent Facilities: Excellent The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful, even preparing hot tea 🍵 and warm towels. Thumbs up! 👍

The interior designer must not believe in Feng Shui! The mirror directly faces the bed, and I kept startling myself at night seeing my reflection. Plus, the bathroom door faces the bed, and so does the wardrobe door. On top of all that, the room is incredibly tiny, and I even booked a Deluxe King Room. What a small space!

The hotel's location is decent, with a food street right behind it. However, the lobby is quite small, and there's only one person at the front desk, who seemed overwhelmed. They also had limited authority and couldn't be flexible with requests, even being stingy with extra bottles of water. And seriously, the toilets at Lavande are consistently uncomfortable and look unhygienic, it's the same at every one of their hotels.

Awesome. Just behind a shopping mall with easy access to restaurants, fast food and amenities. About 5-10mins walk to Er Ma Lu eating streets. Hotel is clean and nice

The toilet had water stains, the full-length mirror was awful, the air conditioner motor was extremely noisy, the electricity kept flickering and the voltage was unstable, and the sheets still had stains from not being washed properly. Two nights' stay was extremely disappointing… I will never stay a second time.

This is my first time writing a review, and I'm giving it a huge, terrible one!!! Absolutely awful! First, the lobby was filled with a strong, overpowering aromatherapy smell that made me dizzy. Then, the room reeked of banana oil. A manager came in and said she couldn't smell it because she has a bad nose. The bedside lamp turned on automatically after being turned off, and a maintenance worker just unplugged it. After finally getting a room on the second floor, the curtains were so small they couldn't be closed properly. There's an elevated parking garage outside, and you can hear the machinery, which is quite noisy. And then, at 11 PM, couldn't the housekeeping staff have been speaking more quietly when bringing water to other guests? They were constantly muttering other things, and the whole floor could hear them. Weren't they trained?

This was a poor experience. The hotel was quite old and not even close to the quality of Lifeng Hotel in Shenzhen. And to make matters worse, it cost over 260 yuan per night in Shanwei! Upon entering the room, I found the kettle full of water, clearly neglected by the housekeeping staff! The area around the toilet flush button in picture one was covered in dust, which was very unpleasant to look at! The phone in picture two was broken! Contacting the front desk was very inconvenient. In picture three, my phone screen was covered in white lint after being placed face down on the sheet for a while, indicating the bedding was also very poor! I took a long shower as soon as I got home! I strongly advise against booking this hotel!

1. The hotel boasts a convenient location with free parking. It's within walking distance of Ermalu Food Street, Sanmalu Pedestrian Street, Duoniao Street, Anmei Ancestral Temple, Xinli City Plaza, the seaside promenade, and more – plenty of places to eat, drink, and stroll! 2. The hotel facilities are complete, and the rooms are spacious and bright. Although the rooms face the street, the soundproofing is good, ensuring a good night's sleep. 3. Most importantly, the front desk staff are friendly, efficient, and provide attentive and thoughtful service during check-in. 4. The only drawback is the small restaurant area. During peak breakfast hours, you may have to wait for a table or stand while eating. Perhaps bringing food to your room would also be an option? Overall, the stay was good, and the price was reasonable.

酒店位置很好，旁邊有商場，也很近二馬路。員工態度都OK但欠缺笑容。房間舒適但設施開始殘舊，沖涼時發現沐浴露用完後也沒有補充，服了。早餐款式非常少但味道也可以。但考慮到價格所以整體都OK! 值得一住！
