Amazing and beautiful place. The hotel receptionist were very helpful and made the check in and out process very smooth. A bonus that one of them is very pretty. Highly recommended this hotel.

Well located for Indian travelers as it is close to the Indian restaurants but the hotel has now become old although some rooms have been renovated but some are still the same old ones so if you are lucky to get the new renovated rooms then your stay experience should be good but if you get the old ones then your experience will be nothing but average.also found a cockroach in my room on the day when I was suppose to leave which means that they need to work on their cleanliness.

The hotel is very old. The furniture has severe scratches, the tiles are broken, very old electrical appliances and sockets in the room. The hotel requires immediate renovation and refurbishment.

The air conditioner was very bad, hardly worked well. Just 2 bottles of water and if needed would be charged. Very small room given . Poor service.

Rooms need to be renovated and breakfast needs to have more variety. Staff at front desk do not understand english and hard time to make them understand for every matter

Hotel location is very good .very near to most of textile supers . So it’s really very convince. Also restaurants are also very near by . Only problem is is staff still cannot speak English as per expected. Do it’s difficult to understand.

Room was good not bad But there's no instant coffee in room only 2 packets of tea So bring your coffee if your drink coffee in the morning 😉

Nice hotel and in business area Reception staff is too confuse for booking but they help us to keep room same everyday without change room as we were booking separately everyday because our plan was not fixed Nice hotel in business area of Times Square and World Trade Center and nearby walking distance to Kashish and Jashnn Indian restaurants
