Hotel Shari dengan Spa

The shower in the bathroom is broken as there is no water coming out from the tap. I talked to the staff and were told they would check it out and reply to me as soon as possible. At the end of the day, I checked out with the tap still being unfixed, which means I have to clean myself with a small plastic wash basin found in the room for the entire stay duration. During checking out, the staff still gave me the response as before, that they were sorry about it and would send someone to check it out. For a hotel with such a high reputation, I do not think the services or amenities provided are up to par.

攜程上顯示的這個海景雙床房，實際上是獨立小木屋，入住時給了我們一個大大的驚喜。酒店的早晚餐都很棒，連住兩天的話餐食都不會重樣，太滿意了。酒店還有兩間露天風呂，分別是熊屋和鹿屋，在前台可以提前預約使用時間。酒店前台大廳的咖啡很不錯，早餐之後坐在搖椅上喝喝咖啡，很愜意。

這個酒店我真是主動要上來吐槽！先説説好的方面吧，優點：離巴士站近，房間衞生還算乾淨。 最不能忍：訂了兩天一泊二食，早餐晚餐幾乎一摸一樣的自助餐，每天放置的位置都沒變過🥲🥲🥲一模一樣的東西，我吃了四頓！！！關鍵是品種少且不好吃，有且僅有三四樣能下嘴，其他都是根本不想拿的菜。救命啊，真是第一次遇到如此奇葩的酒店餐食！ 大浴場的露天鳳呂沒開，看樣子應該是常年不開的，都蓋起來了。大浴場的衞生有沒有打掃過，實在令人懷疑，因為第一次去發現有個杯子放在那裡，第三天去，它還在那裡🥲 酒店入住應該是完全不滿房的，每天早餐晚餐都只有稀稀拉拉幾個人在吃。我訂的隨機房型，讓給個好點景觀的房間，沒給。 我當時訂它，就是想着它在山下，離巴士站近，方便點，但除了這點，在我看來沒有優點。餐食有看到攜程評價説不太好，但沒想到如此差。餐食少到逼着我吃了幾餐的法棍，居然烤完味道還不錯。這也算被它逼出來的新發現😅 知床第一酒店的價格衹貴100塊，早知道就訂這個，至少吃得愉悦😂 還好今天換到了北辛夷，晚上看看吃的如何
