Everything was fine, but breakfast buffet could be improved with real meats and chicken options rather than processed ones e.g sausage and slices

The hotel is conveniently located in Shah Alam, close to many amenities and attractions. However, the overall stay felt quite average. The hotel interior and facilities feel a bit old-fashioned, and the bathroom design was not to my liking — having to step into the bathtub to take a shower was inconvenient. The air conditioning in my room was also not cold, and I had to call for maintenance to fix it. Although the staff were polite and responsive, the overall comfort and condition of the hotel could be improved for a better guest experience.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, and the room design was both modern and comfortable. The staff truly stood out — their outstanding customer service made me feel genuinely welcomed. They followed up right after I checked in and remained incredibly responsive throughout my stay. One of my favourite touches was the option to choose my preferred type of pillow — such a thoughtful detail that gave me a wonderfully restful night’s sleep before a long day ahead.

Stayed at Royale Chulan Damansara (13–14 Dec). The room was fine, but the check-in was a mess. Official check-in is 3:00 PM, yet I only received my key at 4:27 PM, despite being told a room was already available shortly after 3. There were only a few people ahead of me, but the process was slow, disorganised, and poorly managed, with staff repeatedly leaving the counter and no explanation given. The delay caused me to miss a scheduled makeup appointment and disrupted my preparation for an important event. Late check-out was initially refused and only reluctantly approved until 12:30 PM, even after such a late check-in. I understand the hotel was fully booked, but this level of inefficiency is unacceptable and not what one would expect from a hotel of this reputation.

Had a very pleasant experience. The room was comfortable, clean, and cozy, I really loved the atmosphere and would definitely come back again. However, I did face two small issues during my stay. The handheld shower didn’t work when using the bathtub, and the power socket for the hairdryer in the bathroom wasn’t functioning. It wasn’t a big inconvenience, but hopefully it can be fixed for future guests. Other than that, everything was great and I truly enjoyed my stay. Would happily return!

The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, and the breakfast options are quite limited. Overall, it's decent; the room was very clean. We had the pool to ourselves in the afternoon, which was great. The air conditioning was also very comfortable. I would come back again.

We are attending company Training and dinner at the Hotel. The foods is nice with cleaness room with comfortable bed.

superb location beside IOI city mall, linked by a small link way. amenities were good, only gripe was that the price of the 3 person superior deluxe room was extremely squeezy with the extra bed. the extra bed was literally under the TV, with little space to walk.

Overall is satisfactorily, generally Ok. Very happy to be back to a hotel with strong resort and tropical feel and we love to walk around and spend time in hotel without having to travel out. The garden landscaping is great and keep it up! Note that the club lounge food choice is very limited as compared to other hotel lounge. Feels pricey when club lounge attraction is little, other than adult-only access and free in-room dining.

The swimming pool was stunning—surrounded by tall trees and comfortable seating, it felt like a peaceful retreat both in the day and at dusk. The gym was well-equipped and clean, making workouts convenient during the stay. I also appreciated having access to the sauna, which was a great way to relax after exploring the city. Dining by the pool was such a treat too. Enjoying a delicious burger under the warm sun with the pool just steps away made for a perfect afternoon. Overall, this hotel provided a delightful blend of comfort, excellent service, and great amenities. I left feeling refreshed and satisfied, and I would gladly return for another stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with great hospitality and facilities.
