I stayed in this Hotel during a visit to Dubai last year. The room was beautiful, clean and well stocked. The room and services exceeded my expectations in every way. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. After I lost my phone and cards on the second day of my visit, the manager went well out of his way to help me get in touch with friends and family and get through the rest of my visit safely. I was blown away by the hospitality and kindness shown to me. 100% recommend this hotel.

We booked and pay in advance for a deluxe king room for 2 nights. After the 1st night of our stay, We discover that the room was given was not the same as we booked(WE BEEN CHEATED), It is lower than room category we booked which is standard king room (less price) only without informing us. I call reception to ask, they confirm that my conclusion is correct. Ratika or Ritika the receptionist justify that we requested for early check in that why she give us this room- but I asked her why she didn’t informed us before giving. Now the worst happen!!! on her defense ( she ask so stupid question) she sounds so rude asking me why i didnt question her from upon check in (THIS IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL you have to be honest to your guest) In additional she ask me to pay more cause as per her rate that I booked was lower than the rate on her system ( come to think that I should pay more for the room that is lower category than I booked & pay) she is the reservation manager as she said , but the way she is talking, she don’t know her job ( She need more training) , after that she is forcing us to change the room,she is sending her colleague 3 times on our room knocking to change the room but I didn’t yet ready our things (your personal touch being hotelier was not there at all). But finally, the GM to talk to me and give us late check out as the compensation for what happen and were very thankful for that but not worth it with the stress and energy that we wasted on this no manner & unprofessional receptionist Ritika or Ratika.

NAMITA from the Breakfast team, proactive, always offering assistance. AYMAN of Front Office - very engaging, professional, great interaction with guests. Also to SALMAN & AKASH of Concierge, proactive, helpful and friendly, also the gentleman at the valet (sorry I didn't get the name, perhaps Nepali, very helpful as well). You have beautiful Hotel and great staff. Keep it up. Will always choose your Hotel if ever we will be in Sharjah again.

Co located in a shopping and office building there is plenty on hand to assist a stay. The Carrefour Market on the ground floor opposite the hotel lobby is extremely handy. Unfortunately, it does add to the time spent in lifts as they traverse the shopping and office levels. The hotel is not flash and is a little tired in decor, but the staff are pleasant and helpful even though they may be short of numbers for the busy times. Breakfast in the Tulip Restaurant is a good spread with many varieties of food available including a live omelette station. It’s also a pleasant view over the lagoon. The 11th floor rooms are a good size but the view can be a little drab when faced with the empty office block. The decor tiredness reveals itself in the lingering smoke smell even though the floor is a designated non-smoking zone. As to overall value, I can’t really give any pointers as I didn’t pick up the tab for my seven night stay.

She arrived to a half full parking area. The lobby was festive, small, well lit, and quiet. Two Asian receptionist received her. They were very nice, polite, and professional.
They gave her a trim on the fifth floor facing the rose. This is what we asked for. She really loved her room. The hard wood floors, the art work. The added lights. She couldn’t stop talking about the balcony.
On her next stay, we’d love for her to stay on the top floor and please no more loud, unruly Arab families with crazy children.
We could here them slamming doors and shouting during her webinar. We knew it was Arabs.

I had a wonderful experience staying at the Dream Palace Hotel in Ajman. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the friendly and welcoming Manager who made every effort to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms at the Dream Palace Hotel are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, the shower was excellent, and the room was air-conditioned, which was especially important during the hot summer months. The breakfast was particularly impressive, and delicious especially the cheese omelet The hotel's location is also a major plus. It is situated in the heart of Ajman, with easy access to the city's top attractions, including the Ajman Museum, the Corniche, and the Ajman Beach. Overall, I would highly recommend the Dream Palace Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Ajman.

FF.DThis hotel is like a sand castle from a fairy tale movie. We had a very nice suite next to the sea with very beautiful views. We got complementary upgrade as our room was on the first floor and a bit close to the swimming pool. All the people who work there are so amazing, Monica, nemma, Allam, and Ahmad the booking manager was sweet and helpful. They upgraded us to the best executive suite during the rain to make sure we are safe. Food was amazing and all service personnel were very professional and quick to accommodate. Very happy we spend our short vacation here. Looking forward to seeing everyone again. I highly recommend Sheraton Sharjah and would visit again for sure.

At the FB area there isr Emed who runs a round with passion and a smile. Before you ask him, it is already taken care of. AAlThe staff were very good, from front desk reception to the restaurant. The room was very good. The location was excellent.The breakfast sous chef - Raj - went out of his way to provide my wife with some very good gluten free waffles and pancakes - we are forever grateful.
I would go and stay there again and definitely a high recommend.

DDmitriiNice service, great food, comfortable room. Large TV was a plus. Pool is a little bit small. Location issue is typical for UAE. Hard to find something around the hotel(in +40 degrees), especially cigarettes. Overall good experience, I recommend to stay in Novotel.

PPengguna TetamuVery great hotel! The staff were very hospitable and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with no complaints. Very communicative & cooperative staff, especially the head of the reservation team- was very easy-going and understanding of all of mine and friends’ needs and it facilitated us accordingly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who has either a long-stay or a short-stay visit. Also very comfortable for a group of girls. Pretty certain a family would be satisfied too.

PPengguna TetamuДоброго времени суток! Отдыхали в январе 2023г. Начну пожалуй с того, что наше заселение происходило ночью. Нас встретил носильщик, и забрал все сумки. Далее мы проследовали в холл, где нас встретил обслуживающий персонал. Все были приветливы и улыбчивы. Заселение прошло очень быстро. В номере было все чисто и уютно, в каждой комнате был телевизор, техника все в пригодном состоянии. Ванные комнаты были чистыми. В номере было прохладно, пахло как в номере так и в отеле приятно. Кровати очень удобные, подушки, одеяло, все на высшем уровне. Каждое утро в номере убирались, приносили воду, чай и кофе. Расположение отеля тоже очень удачное. Можно прогуляться по набережной, или же посетить парк отеля. Так же рядом находится множество магазинов, и супермаркетов. Так же в шаговой доступности, есть торговый центр. До моря пешком минут 40. Так же недалеко находятся различные рынки. В самом конце своего отдыха, когда мы уже сдали номер, мы ожидали трансфер на балкончике в холле, нам принесли местный кофе и финики. Уезжать конечно-же не хотелось! Все было на высшем уровне! Благодарим отель Al Majaz Premiere и его работников за то, что сделали нашу поездку такой незабываемой! 10 из 10!

JJulia KrasovaВ декабре 2023 рядом с отелем был ремонт дороги. Но при этом была приличная скидка на проживание. В целом отель понравился, чисто, персонал вежливый. Завтраки хорошие. Но рядом с отелем со стороны моря на берегу какая-то фабрика. Море не сказать чтобы грязное, не считая немного бытового мусора, но соседство с работающей фабрикой смущает...
