Good Services as Budget Family Accommodation. No parking facilities available. Sharjah was the highest parking charge. There were parking facilities with yearly rates. If the hotel management arranges this parking facility for customers will be great. action.

Very nice hotel for family,rooms are clean,good service and staffs are very polite and responsible, breakfast is very good have variety of delicious foods including indian cuisine.Only drawback is parking is limited so at sometimes there is no availability of parking especially at night but still would recommend to anyone!

We booked and pay in advance for a deluxe king room for 2 nights. After the 1st night of our stay, We discover that the room was given was not the same as we booked(WE BEEN CHEATED), It is lower than room category we booked which is standard king room (less price) only without informing us. I call reception to ask, they confirm that my conclusion is correct. Ratika or Ritika the receptionist justify that we requested for early check in that why she give us this room- but I asked her why she didn’t informed us before giving. Now the worst happen!!! on her defense ( she ask so stupid question) she sounds so rude asking me why i didnt question her from upon check in (THIS IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL you have to be honest to your guest) In additional she ask me to pay more cause as per her rate that I booked was lower than the rate on her system ( come to think that I should pay more for the room that is lower category than I booked & pay) she is the reservation manager as she said , but the way she is talking, she don’t know her job ( She need more training) , after that she is forcing us to change the room,she is sending her colleague 3 times on our room knocking to change the room but I didn’t yet ready our things (your personal touch being hotelier was not there at all). But finally, the GM to talk to me and give us late check out as the compensation for what happen and were very thankful for that but not worth it with the stress and energy that we wasted on this no manner & unprofessional receptionist Ritika or Ratika.

Room was spacious and clean. Thats about the only positives I can say. I arrived early for my check in and I fully understand that they would not be able to check me in immediately. I requested to drop off my luggage first while i explored and grabbed a bite to eat. I reiterated to them that i had valuables in the bag and to kindly keep it safe. When I came back and went to use the toilet, I saw my bags deposited in the walkway leading to the toilets. Just lying in the open for anyone making use of the common toilets to make a grab for it. I interacted with 3 receptionists during my time there and they ranged from somewhat decent to indifferent and rude. Location was also confusing to most taxi drivers.

Отдыхали с семьёй в январе 2022 года жили в двух номерах , в номере все есть , телевизор телефон холодильник утюк сейф электрочайник стаканчики и вся мебель , в санузла тоже все есть вплоть до фена . Состояние отеля на троечку так же как и звёзд, отель не новый тоже видать стареет вместе с хозяином , на ресепшене не плохо бы сделать химчистку мягкой мебели , кормят хорошо и вкусно , даже нам больше понравилось чем в других четверках и пятёрках . В связи с повышением цен на путёвки мы в этот раз решили попытать судьбу и выбирать дешёвый отель но В целом мы ни сколько не разочаровалась в выборе данного отеля , мы полностью довольны всем учитывая стоимость.

The hotel is very good. Everything is very clean, comfortable. Cleaned up every day. We express our gratitude to the staff of the hotel. I would like to note that everyone is very friendly and polite, so the atmosphere of good rest and good mood is typical. Кассир в ресторане Мускан очень хорошая, вежливая, доброжелательная, приветливая. Думаю приехать еще! Огромное Спасибо всем!

She arrived to a half full parking area. The lobby was festive, small, well lit, and quiet. Two Asian receptionist received her. They were very nice, polite, and professional. They gave her a trim on the fifth floor facing the rose. This is what we asked for. She really loved her room. The hard wood floors, the art work. The added lights. She couldn’t stop talking about the balcony. On her next stay, we’d love for her to stay on the top floor and please no more loud, unruly Arab families with crazy children. We could here them slamming doors and shouting during her webinar. We knew it was Arabs.
