I love the Hotel, great view of the waterfront; best location - near the City Centre. Room is clean, well maintained, thank you Housekeeping! Breakfast is good. You've got great colleagues! NAMITA from the Breakfast team, proactive, always offering assistance. AYMAN of Front Office - very engaging, professional, great interaction with guests. Also to SALMAN & AKASH of Concierge, proactive, helpful and friendly, also the gentleman at the valet (sorry I didn't get the name, perhaps Nepali, very helpful as well). You have beautiful Hotel and great staff. Keep it up. Will always choose your Hotel if ever we will be in Sharjah again.

Co located in a shopping and office building there is plenty on hand to assist a stay. The Carrefour Market on the ground floor opposite the hotel lobby is extremely handy. Unfortunately, it does add to the time spent in lifts as they traverse the shopping and office levels. The hotel is not flash and is a little tired in decor, but the staff are pleasant and helpful even though they may be short of numbers for the busy times. Breakfast in the Tulip Restaurant is a good spread with many varieties of food available including a live omelette station. It’s also a pleasant view over the lagoon. The 11th floor rooms are a good size but the view can be a little drab when faced with the empty office block. The decor tiredness reveals itself in the lingering smoke smell even though the floor is a designated non-smoking zone. As to overall value, I can’t really give any pointers as I didn’t pick up the tab for my seven night stay.

Located in Sharjah Close to the Lagun. Upon arrival we where met by Mr Bassam and Hefny who took great care of us. Mr Hefny should be promoted to Supervisor in my opinion. He is kind, respectful and well spoken. Great person. Mr Shahin the bell boy, who is kind, well spoken and holds the hospitality to a next level. The breakfast is good. At the FB area there isr Emed who runs a round with passion and a smile. Before you ask him, it is already taken care of. Dear Mr Fady thank you on behalf of my family for the stay and thank your staff.

Very nice hotel for family,rooms are clean,good service and staffs are very polite and responsible, breakfast is very good have variety of delicious foods including indian cuisine.Only drawback is parking is limited so at sometimes there is no availability of parking especially at night but still would recommend to anyone!

Hotel is in the centre of everything. Hope on hop off bus is in the front of hotel. Al Noor Mosque and Waterfront is very easy to get even by foot. We had upgrade our room. Food is was tasty. Breakfast is very good.

Stay was Excellent. Room is nice and furnished with kettle, iron, etc. only missing was hair dryer. Hotel facilities were great. They got a small pool and gym. Location is next to Sharjah Expo Centre and for shopping, it is closer to Nesto. Staff were excellent- during our check-in process, Ms. Sharon was supportive in sorting the procedures and get it done smoothly. Breakfast Restaurant was Orient, well supplied to meet different cuisine. Its value for money stay and extremely happy with the stay.

The hotel was very good for business travel. The bonus was the steam room. They could open the pool earlier though as I prefer my early morning swim. The chefs/food was a delight. Definitely be returning back here.

الفندق جدا مريح وهادئ و فخم اشكر الطاقم كامل خصوصًا ربيع في الاستقبال و محمد في المطعم شكرًا جزيلًا الغرف نظيفة والخدمة ممتازه و سريعه تصميم الغرف مميز واكثر شيء عجبني تصميم الفندق غريب وعلى طراز تاريخي وبنفس الوقت فخم جدا وانا استمتعت جدا باقامتي فيه وان شاء الله راح اكرر الزيارة

FF.DThis hotel is like a sand castle from a fairy tale movie. We had a very nice suite next to the sea with very beautiful views. We got complementary upgrade as our room was on the first floor and a bit close to the swimming pool. All the people who work there are so amazing, Monica, nemma, Allam, and Ahmad the booking manager was sweet and helpful. They upgraded us to the best executive suite during the rain to make sure we are safe. Food was amazing and all service personnel were very professional and quick to accommodate. Very happy we spend our short vacation here. Looking forward to seeing everyone again. I highly recommend Sheraton Sharjah and would visit again for sure.

AAlThe staff were very good, from front desk reception to the restaurant. The room was very good. The location was excellent.The breakfast sous chef - Raj - went out of his way to provide my wife with some very good gluten free waffles and pancakes - we are forever grateful. I would go and stay there again and definitely a high recommend.

PPengguna TetamuVery great hotel! The staff were very hospitable and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with no complaints. Very communicative & cooperative staff, especially the head of the reservation team- was very easy-going and understanding of all of mine and friends’ needs and it facilitated us accordingly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who has either a long-stay or a short-stay visit. Also very comfortable for a group of girls. Pretty certain a family would be satisfied too.

888graciaWe booked and pay in advance for a deluxe king room for 2 nights. After the 1st night of our stay, We discover that the room was given was not the same as we booked(WE BEEN CHEATED), It is lower than room category we booked which is standard king room (less price) only without informing us. I call reception to ask, they confirm that my conclusion is correct. Ratika or Ritika the receptionist justify that we requested for early check in that why she give us this room- but I asked her why she didn’t informed us before giving. Now the worst happen!!! on her defense ( she ask so stupid question) she sounds so rude asking me why i didnt question her from upon check in (THIS IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL you have to be honest to your guest) In additional she ask me to pay more cause as per her rate that I booked was lower than the rate on her system ( come to think that I should pay more for the room that is lower category than I booked & pay) she is the reservation manager as she said , but the way she is talking, she don’t know her job ( She need more training) , after that she is forcing us to change the room,she is sending her colleague 3 times on our room knocking to change the room but I didn’t yet ready our things (your personal touch being hotelier was not there at all). But finally, the GM to talk to me and give us late check out as the compensation for what happen and were very thankful for that but not worth it with the stress and energy that we wasted on this no manner & unprofessional receptionist Ritika or Ratika.
