احنا وصلنا يوم ١٤يوليو الاستقبال كان كويس وقدموا لنا ولكم درينك التسكين كان سريع والغرف كتير كويسه وطلبنا تغير الغرفه وبالفعل غيرنها بسرعه المطعم جميل والاكل لذيذ جدا البارات كويسه واللصطف كتير رائع وتحديدا محمد زكرى فى بار الشاطي الفندق بجد جميل وناصر ومستر وحيد وتيم البارات كله شكرا لكم جميعا على حسن الضيافه

Its a great hotel I think I had a lot of fun their, Starting from the beach at the morning & ending with a party at the evening😅😂😍 Also animation team were perfect always they have something new to draw a smile on your face The food was delicious specially sea food 😋 The staff were also very kind Eventually my trip were perfect so thank you 🌹🌹

Good food and alkohol the best drinks. Clean rooms and bathrooms in all hotel. The best animation team, very professional show every evening. Disco every evening till 24 with good dj. The best animation team chef Victor. Recommend the hotel.

This was our second stay this year. We enjoyed it so much in April we couldn’t wait to get back. We will also try to return in September and have already booked for next April / May. The hotel is magnificent. Everything is to the highest standard. The staff without exception are a pleasure to deal with. A few comments * Reception very friendly. We arrived late at 23h00, due to a late arriving flight.. They had arranged for the restaurant to stay open and served us with a cold buffet meal. *The room was spotless and very comfortable. It was cleaned everyday by Mahmood who we saw everyday and he checked everything was ok. Great a/c and shower ad Cody bed. * The main restaurant where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner was excellent. Plenty of choice as the menu was truly international. We were only there for a week and it there were so many choices every day. Again the staff from cooks to table service was great. * The main pool area is large and wasn’t too busy until the weekend when it was Eid el Fitr, so there were lots of Middle Eastern guests who were enjoying themselves, but still plenty of room. The bar service was perfect and the bar is open from 9-6. There is subbed service or you can walk up to the bar for a drink. Plenty to choose from either alcoholic or not. There is also a snack bar which was always busy, but after breakfast and lunch in the restaurant we didn’t partake. *The lobby bar area has an open part and air conditioned areas. Service was top notch and open from 6-12. One of the rooms has a tv, if you are there when Euro 24 is on. Drinks are good. Thanks to Omar. * Finally the entertainment team. Truly professional. There are things to do all day, darts, table tennis water polo and water aerobics. The evening entertainment is something else, don’t miss it. Kids dancing at 20h30. A lady playing viola at 21h00, which added a true aura of culture. The show is not to be missed. Just less than hour, but truly outstanding. Costumes, dancing and amazing acrobats. Don’t miss it. Great holiday once again, we liked magic life! we loved magic world’ but iberotel redsina has taken it up a notch. Notably the room refurbishments are great, and the food is now better than ever! We are booked to return in September and can’t wait.

This is our second time staying in this hotel. We've had an amazing stay in the resort. The newly renovated rooms are very comfortable, and are cleaned every day by the hard working housekeeping team. The entertainment team are the best we've seen in a resort, the shows are spectacular and are a must watch. Max, Oswaldo and Victor have made our stay even better and we have felt so welcome. Nothing is too much trouble and they go above and beyond for the guests.

Really beautiful place to stay, the weather was absolutely stunning, food was delicious and there were plenty of options. The entertainment team work so hard, esp max and victor giving you plenty of things to do in the daytime (darts, table tennis, water areobics, boccia) there is a new water park that has just been built, apartments have been done up to a high standard. there was no noise at all so do not be put off by any other reviews. the wifi is ok, not really strong but hey you can get. Beautiful place 5* staff brilliant

Such an amazing place. This is my second time here, not a single thing I can fault. The hotels had a refurb and water park put in since my last visit. The water park is a fantastic addition. Food is plentiful and a great variety. Such a clean hotel with well kept gardens and pool area. Staff cannot do enough for you, the animation team work so hard. A special mention to Max and Victor. They made us feel so welcome. The wifi isn't great but so what!! Who wants to sit on the internet whilst they're on holiday! I do appreciate people may need it for work etc, you can purchase a SIM card locally in order to get internet should you need it. I've been to Egypt 15 times and can say this is by far my favourite hotel. I will be returning without a doubt.

First time to this hotel, the food is a very good selction. The rooms are very updated and fresh. Only find that they need fans in the eating areas. The entertainment team are amazing so much fun and get you to be involved. Victor and Max have been really welcoming and get involved to make your hoilday sepcial, and fun. They give you games/ activties to do while here to make the hoilday more entertaining. The shows are amazing and beautiful acts! Weather is amazing as always. The hotel is lovely overall. Best hotel I have been too in Sharm. Staff help out so much the bar team are amazing give you drinks round the pool.

The entertainment team were amazing and very friendly. Especially Max. Oswaldo, Victor amd Slim have become very good friends to us. The hotel is self is superb. This is the 2nd stay in the resort. Were booking our 3rd stay very shortly. The rooms are very comfortable and very very clean

The so called building works are finished. Brilliant stay. Very relaxed. All staff very attentive. Entertainment team staff very engaging!! The food is of a very high quality and I am already thinking of my second visit. The beach and the coral sea are unspoilt.

the hotel and the surrounding area are beautiful, the service is at a high level. The food is delicious. There are various games and shows during the day and in the evening, and the animators are very friendly, especially the animator Osvaldo, who was great fun and took care of the guests. I am delighted with the atmosphere in the hotel 🥰

Even though there was some building work going on there was no disruption to our holiday, we had a newly refurbished room which was much better and brighter than before Cannot fault anything, the staff are amazing, a special shout out to all the staff at the main pool bar and the restaurant staff, they all work so hard and are always happy to help, extra special shout out to Max, Victor (aka Vincent 🤭) Melisa, Oswaldo and Rim, we had an amazing time and have just booked to return in September, we cannot wait!!!

Another relaxing holiday at this hotel. The staff were so attentive, the food great and a good choice for vegetarians. Good choice of drinks, bar staff remember what your favorite tipple is. The entertainment team were fantastic, the shows really good. If you love snorkelling this is the perfect hotel!
